Life’s Energy Wellness Center is dedicated to serving our communities on the Mid-Shore and  will never refuse treatment to anyone.

However, patients are responsible for their service billings. Life’s Energy Wellness Center accepts  most Private Insurances, Care First, Blue Cross Blue Shields, Aetna, Medicare, Maryland Medicaid and Self Pay.

 

If you are uninsured we can help, individuals, adolescents and families without insurance are provided treatment services and assistance with accessing insurance if preferred. If financial assistance is needed we offer a sliding fee scale for treatment services for qualifying individuals, adolescents and families providing appropriate documentation of need.

How does a participant enroll in an MCO?

Participants can enroll in an MCO and pick their primary care provider (PCP) by:

• Visiting www.MarylandHealthConnection.gov and logging into your account.

• Downloading Maryland Health Connection’s free mobile app, Enroll MHC.

• Calling Maryland Health Connection at 1-855-642-8572 (TTY: 1-855-642-8573).

• Requesting an enrollment kit be mailed to you (You can do so in your online account or by calling Maryland Health Connection).
