totally agree dukon, prospectus I is a powerful piece of dark music. i remember when i bought the algum, it was a powerful experience, the whole album was so good! In his late albuns, Peter never reach the majesty of prospectus, though some albuns are pretty good also. one of the best dark ambient creators! long live raison d etre.

I like the Luminous Experience, it's the first release I listen to... are there huge differences in Raison d'être's work, or are the other releases similar to the live set?

The funny thing about "The Luminous Experience" is that there were about ten people who visited the actual concert. Must have been pretty awkward for Peter, but luckily both the show and the live album turned out great.

So I'm reading some Lovecraft and listening to In Sadness, Silence & Solitude and it's a really geat experience. I agree with most of what's said in this shoutbox.
