I'm like hey, what's up, hello and welcome to a special SUNDAY NIGHT edition of room temperature, made to order, Seattle Mariners baseball action. Oh, well, that is something. This is a bummer because I like Wade Miley and I hate trades with the Orioles. Hot deadline action is hot deadline action though. The crowd goes wild.
Tonight is a pretty big deal as the Mariners are one of two teams featured on Sunday Night Baseball for the first time in twelve years. As a good website boy, I feel inclined to have you check out Grant's piece about it in case you missed it. Felix Hernandez takes the mound, and I can't be the only one hoping that he turns back the clock to old form on the grandest regular season stage of them all.
Tonight also, the Mariners catch a break as Brian Matusz starts in the place of Kyle Hendricks. Hendricks is having a season.
I'VE BEEN WAITIN ALL DAY FOR A SUNDAY NIIIIIIIGHT
