职位概要(Job summary):
1. 负责微型传感器和电生理导管等产品的电气性能评估、功能测试和处理与电气相关的技术问题。
Responsible for electrical performance evaluation, functional testing, and handling electrical-related technical issues for products such as micro sensors and electrophysiological catheters.
2. 负责电气相关设备的硬件和软件设计开发，安装调试，测试验证等相关工作。
Responsible for the hardware and software design and development, installation and tuning, and testing and validation of electrical-related equipment.
工作职责(Responsibilities):
1. 分析和处理生产线上的电气类不良产品，优化产品结构和生产工艺，解决电气类技术问题。
Analyze and address electrical-related defective products on the production line, optimize product structure and manufacturing processes, and resolve electrical technical issues.
2. 主导电路设计、器件选型、电路分析及调试 （降额、功率、信号完整性、串扰、时序）。
Hands-on circuit design, component selection and circuit analysis debugging (derating, power, signal integrity, crosstalk, timing and etc.).
3. 主导电子测试设备的设计开发、软件编程、安装调试、测试验证。Hands-on the design and development, software programming, installation, debugging, testing and validation of electronic testing equipment.
4. 与国外客户沟通、分析和处理产品和生产设备的相关技术问题。Communicate with international clients to analyze and resolve technical issues related to products and production equipment.
5. 对设备电气相关重大故障进行分析处理与故障排除。
Analyze and troubleshoot major electrical failures of equipment.
6. 编制相关技术报告和文件。
Prepare relevant technical reports and documentation.
7. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职资格(Qualification):
1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电子信息工程等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields.
2. 熟悉模拟电路和数字电路设计；熟悉射频电路分析和评估。
Familiar with the design of analog circuit and digital circuit; Familiar with RF circuit analysis and evaluation.
3. 具备较强的电子电路分析能力，了解常用电子元件。
With strong ability on electronic circuit analysis and understand common electronic components.
4. 熟悉计算机辅助设计软件，如Solidworks或Creo/ProE。
Familiar with CAD software such as Solidworks or Creo/ProE.
5. 具备优秀的英语口语沟通能力，能够在技术细节层面进行交流，将高级概念转化为基本原理，以便与团队成员共享。
Excellent Oral English Skills to be able to communicate at detailed technical level and distill advanced concepts into fundamental principles for others to better understand.
6. 能独立完成测试设备设计开发，有实际项目经验者优先。
Able to complete test equipment design and development independently, candidates with practical project experience are preferred.
