Just seen restless at an unlimited viewing . Had read a little Bit about it so decided to check it out . Do love a good British gritty drama and this film does not disappoint .

A recently orphaned middle aged lady whose son is at university . After her parents dying new neighbours move into the council house next door (also her parents old house ) the neighbour from hell. Loud, obnoxious, drug taking , loud music and lots of alcohol seems to be his life . And underage sex . New neighbour makes her life hell . Some great scenes and some real Insight into how situations can stress you and make you react how you normally Wouldn't . Defo worth a watch.

Just taken my 8 and 11 year old grandsons to see this as it's half term. Thoroughly enjoyed it . Wasn't overly Long which is always a bonus . Nice to see a film about kindness and how people or in this film animals can change their ways and become decent and nicer . Some funny bits that made all of laugh. And as always Ricky gervais makes his mark as flippy. I don't think this will win awards and compared to the wild robot which I thought was fantastic and one of the best children's films out for years , dog man is funny, easy to watch, a nice story and a simple story of kindness. Well worth a visit to watch.

Just seen hard truths today . It's a hard watch at times . Sad lonely frustrating depressing funny all those emotions wrapped up in a fantastic watch. Gritty British drama . No sugar coating, no cgi just a normal film about the ups and downs of two sisters and their families .Marianne Jean baptiste was outstanding as pansy and there were other great roles as well but Marianne was just superb .

Pansy in my opinion has ocd depression and is angry at everyone . Some of her outburst were brilliant and funny . Mike Leigh is great and this is a brilliant British drama. Not everyone's cup of tea but definitely mine x.
