This Russian TV show was absolutely engrossing I couldn't stop watching every episode. This winning series consisted of a mixture of various plots starting with romance, drama, intrigues, suspense, and action set in various scenic backdrops starting in Russian, then the UK, and later in Thailand, then finally returning back to the UK, and the story concludes in Russia. I found this TV series to be one of the best overall produced productions ever made in foreign entertainment.
If you're like me, tired of violence, sex, vampires, zombies, silly senseless comedies, and rehashed story lines that depend mainly on computerized special affects, then I would recommend, "Dahoam is Dahoam." This charming German TV show plays out in a fictitious town called "Lansinger," set in a beautiful rustic location with occasional scenes of the Alps in the backdrop. The storyline, deals with the every daily trials and tribulations of everyday characters living there. This half hour show is on from Monday to Thursday with plots that deal with various local charming characters who run into various intriguing situations in their daily lives, that are sometimes heartwarming, comical, romantic, suspenseful, with a touch of morality thrown in, keeping the interest of the viewer, and never boring.
Personally, I've become really addicted to,"Dahoam is Dahoam," and if possible, never miss an episode. I want to thank everyone involved in the creation of this outstanding show.

A wonderful film/play based on actual characters and events that occurred in the early mid 19th century Bavaria. The story evolves around this beautiful young Bavarian girl who's name is Helene Sedlmayr(played by beautiful actress Isabella Jantz), who works in this shop situated in Munich, when one day, the King Ludwig of Bavaria comes in, sees her, and immediately falls in love. Needless to say, the plot then thickens after that. The story is both charming and humorous, and offers an insight into 19th century Bavarian culture. The costumes and set are both historical accurate and leave little to the imagination, setting the mood from beginning to end. A story for those who enjoy a good love story in a historical setting.
