... I have to say this one blew me away. It does not solve the massive problems the two previous episodes had (EP 03 6/10, EP 04 5/10). But it thrilled me in a way like nothing did in this series for 2 or 3 seasons. The first half is blank and slow... and then the real, (wo)man-made apocalypse comes. I was not horrified by the poorly written "The long night", but this hear made my heart stop. Chapeau! The senseless killing of the Night King will not be forgiven. But this was great.

I loved this series so much. Then came season 8 episode 3 and 4. Such a disgraceful ending.

I guess they just topped "Lost" in terms of "worst ending to a show". Congrats, D&D!
