Yeah don't judge me i would not have started a sport anime if there weren't any bl in it. I am not a fan of on of the most generic genres of anime. While the genre is not as distasteful and obnoxious as is*kai or the fans*evice animes it is still as uneventfull, repetitive and milked dry as those (well honestly fans*rvice could just have never been milked at all and made every person with a brain happier but no let's show yet another scene where the mc falls into a misunderstanding with a female character and get slapped and called a pervert for the 67287y72s66th time cause some incel defines that as humor).

But this anime is actually not one of the generic ones. It is still pretty eventfull and has even though it has some pacing issues it compensates for it by having a few interesting characters. I don't like the main protagonists or some of the cliche side characters but the villain is a really insane one and is one of my favorite, partly because of the VA (both the original and the dub surprisingly) In conclusion it is a pretty good anime but i am not saying it would not have been better if it were a Shounen Ai. But still i guess i would be falling in the minority im this respect.

But still a damn good anime if you're looking for bl that doesn't make you vomit at some point with a out of nowhere pedo/assualt/rape/etc.

Really wish they didn't make us see the same dance numbers 4-5 times. Or at least viewed them from another angle or made it so that they showed progression throughout the anime.

But still would forgive that if they at least showed us that kiss :(

I am still thankfull they didn't animate all of the pedo stuff.

I honestly haveno idea why there has to be either pedophilia or assault/rape in every bl ever.
