The line " kill them, kill them all" used before they fired on the fire truck was used by Casper Van Dien in Starship Troopers.
Casper Van Dien previously starred in two other tornado disasters: 500 MPH Storm (2013) and Christmas Twister (2012). The former of which was also involved hurricanes ravaging up America and he is trying to stop the disaster in all three of them.
