Trivia
Within the first flashback to The Island, Slade, Oliver and Sara are seen burying Shado. Hers is one of three graves with headstones made of wood. The others are marked for Robert Queen and another with Chinese calligraphy carved into it, most likely, Yao Fe's grave.

Goofs
When Oliver enters Shrapnel's shop and is surrounded by lasers, one particular laser is fixed on the tip of his drawn arrow. It is implied that if he moves the arrow or trips any other laser, a bomb will detonate. A moment later when the character turns to look at a television screen there is a brief shot where he lowers his bow and arrow slightly allowing the beam to be unbroken.
