Absolutely fabulous story

This is a high quality historic, adventure and drama show that will keep you in suspense until the last minutes. It stands out of many Chinese TV shows thanks to great story and very well written and played main characters. It has the best ingredients for adventure story: friendship, honor, loyalty, and treasure hunting plus romantic side lines. It also engages in the story of Chinese political shift from monarchy and royal empire to the attempts to build democratic republic. The acting of Qin Junjie is just marvelous, although Liu Yu Ning, Hanchen Pang and others also played very well. Recommend it!
