The black and white segment about alien invaders is clearly a homage to "Will the Real Martian Please Stand Up?" a classic from the original Twilight Zone.
Parts of the Wonder Woman segment were taken from A Few Dollars More, shooting when the watch chime stops chiming and a lone woman arriving in town to take on the boss from The Quick and the Dead.
Tenth installment in the Justice League: Tomorrowverse series.
Burroughs, Ginsburg, Kerouac and Carr were authors and members of the the Beat Generation. Burroughs Ginsburg Kerouac and Snapper Carr are characters in the alien segment. Snapper Carr is a DC Comics character who first appeared in The Brave and the Bold #28 in 1960.
Grovers Mill, the site of the black and white story with an alien landing, is also the name of the New Jersey town where the infamous 1938 broadcast of "War of the Worlds" claimed Martians landed.
