When Thad Castle's dad is in his flash back nightmare, he says that the pocket p***y is for his son Thad. It's learned later in the series that Thads name is actually Kevin. Thad came from his classmates calling him that when he told 'miss Simmons' he was really 'sad' while having a lisp. There's no way his dad would know his unborn sons nickname.
