This movie was animated in Canada using flash animation, where as the original show was animated in Korea, using Digital ink-and-paint.

Goofs
In the 3-D version, the viewers are prompted to wear their 3-D glasses before a 3-D sequence begins. Any characters seen wearing 3-D glasses in the movie wear them backwards, with the red lens over the right eye and the blue lens over the left eye.

Alternate versions
Released to DVD with both standard widescreen and 3-D versions. The 3-D is only for certain sequences, preceded by a prompt to the viewers to wear their 3-D glasses, which are not included. There's even a joke on the DVD that Comedy Central was too cheap to include 3-D glasses with the DVD purchase.

It's almost implacably dull

Drawn Together was a raunchy TV comedy where under constant surveillance a team of broadly defined cartoon archetypes were sequestered and forced to compete in competitions reminiscent of then-popular reality TV shows such as The Surreal Life, Fear Factor, Big Brother, and Survivor. It sounds like a term it dates itself immediately, but learning that this show limped along for three seasons and a direct-to-DVD film is a bit of a surprise. Together with a metafictional plot which relies heavily on lazily-written "shock comedy," shockingly cheap-looking animation, and a general atmosphere of sour grapes, the movie tries to tie the Drawn series.Nevertheless, The Drawn Together Film: The Movie, for all its blustering about crude jokes and "politically incorrect" fratboy comedy! It's almost implacably dull; it's likely the cardinal sin of any creative project that seems to pride itself on being tasteless.
