The vehicle that Mike and Marcus get in at the nightclub is red but changes to black and back to red throughout the chase.

At her prison break, Isabell cuts the warden on the right cheek, but when the warden is discovered in the washing machine later, the cut is on her left side.

When the Porsche is driven over the beach the sidewalls of the tires are covered by sand, but when it rejoins the street, the sidewalls are clean again.

In the chase scene on the motorcycle. as Marcus was about to crash into the back of the 18 wheeler, Mike pushes Marcus out the way and Mike rolls onto the trailer with his head facing away from the camera. In the next scene when he hits the wall of the trailer, he is facing the other way.

The police drone used is an off-the-shelf DJI Mavic Pro, available to consumers.

Just past the halfway mark, when Taglin's Criminal History is pulled up on the computer screen, the first line states that he was born in January 1968. Further down, line three states that he was first arrested at age 16 in April 1982. Taglin would have been 14 in 1982, so either Miami police can't add or they have incorrect information in their database.

The slugs pulled out of Mike have clearly not been fired.

When Amando's mother calls him when he is behind his laptop reading a news article about Mike. His phone is beside him on the desk when it goes off. The ringtone is heard, but the screen of the phone is black. He then 'picks up' his phone, while the screen stays black and has a conversation and ends the phone call. All the while the screen never turns on.

In the Nightclub scene when Kelly is confirming Zway-Lo's identity, she notifies the team of his bodyguard's gun, saying "Man on his two-side has a 55, hot". The weapon shown is a 1911-style handgun chambered in .45 ACP. A "55" is not a firearm caliber, nor a term used to refer to a 1911. The term "55 hot" refers to the Canik TP9, a 9mm handgun, which is clearly not the gun used.

During the opening credits chase, the sound sample for Porsche 911 Carrera S has been dubbed over with the sound of a V10; similar to that of a Porsche Carrera GT.

Although the film is set in sunny Miami, a vast majority of street scenes show overcast skies and several dead trees line the streets, a giveaway that filming took place in the much cooler Atlanta, Georgia.

Mike can't understand Spanish in some scenes, yet when he is confronted by the villainess at the end of the film, he clearly speaks, and understands Spanish.
