- TriviaThe definition of Zeitgeist: The defining spirit or mood of a particular period of history as shown by the ideas and beliefs of the time. "the story captured the zeitgeist of the late 1960s"
- Quotes
Bill Hicks: Life's like a ride in an amusement park, and when you go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. The ride goes up and down and round and round, it has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun... for a while. Some have been on the ride for a long time and they begin to question: "Is this real or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered and they come back to us and they say: "hey, don't worry this is just a ride." And we kill those people.
- ConnectionsEdited from Frankenstein (1931)
While this film is aimed to prove everything presented as truth, one should watch this with an open mind. Take in all the topics, then do your own research, just with any speaker/film/presentation. To blindly follow is pure ignorance.
I do not believe everything in this film. I do however think that everyone should see it if nothing more than a thought experiment. You should be aware of all sides of an argument as to make your argument more effective.
You don't have to agree to find this film interesting.
