Originally submitted for the 25 December 2006 Metro Manial Film Festival, the film initially failed to enter in the top 10. When one of the top 10 entries failed to make it, the organizer asked Unitel to include this in the official entries. The production outfit, however, refused the offer.
Angel Locsin was supposed to star in the movie. Her hectic schedule forced the production to fill in Iza Calzado for her role.
