It had to happen, the earth is on war but there is a new threat. Aliens from out of space in human form. The are judging over the world of the war is okay or not. Not only that, there's more to see here. It's the first time that we really got to see patriotism. It's there when wonder woman is talking with Andros, the interplanetary visitor. And just look how she's dressed, cape and skirt, all clearly in star and stripes.
The acting is excellent here Andros being played by Tim O'Connor. He really has a major role and is doing fine. Scott Hylands is also doing fine.
At the library a big fight is going on with wonder woman and this time no camp or cheesy moments. Andros do believe in the earthlings but the council on the spaceship doesn't. they take out all Andros powers and wonder woman is also out of control due some kind of gas. Very good indeed.

With a script evidently based on the 1951 film The Day the East Stood Still, this double episode is brilliant and chilling. The Council of Planets sends an emissary to Earth to warn that if we humans continue our warlike behavior they will have no choice but to destroy us before we ourselves bring destruction to the rest of the planets. There is nothing funny or camp here, everything is done in a very serious way. The Nazis believe that Andros is a scientist and kidnap him hoping to use his knowledge to make atomic weapons. All of this is observed by the members of the Planetary Council who are preparing to destroy Earth if Andros is attacked. Both Tim O'Connor and Scott Hylandas are brilliant in their performances, we also have an important participation of both General Blankenship and Etta Candy, the dialogues are amazingly good in this episode, the action scenes in the Library of Congress is colossal, the settings , the music, the story, everything is really good here, an episode to sit back with a box of popcorn to enjoy.

- TriviaAt 28:25, while Wonder Woman is waiting for Andros to complete his meeting with President Roosevelt, she is sitting on a park bench in front of a familiar looking fountain. The fountain is seen again in subsequent scenes as Wonder Woman and Andros are talking to each other. This is the same fountain that will be used in the opening and closing credits of the 90s series, "Friends". This indicates that these scenes from Wonder Woman were shot at the Warner Brothers Ranch in North Hollywood.
- GoofsEven though the episode was set in 1942, General von Dreiberg said that the Germans were about to take Paris. They actually took Paris and defeated France in June 1940.
- Quotes
Gorel: [Andros is showing the Council the Lincoln Memorial] A local god figure?
Andros: A great human hero. Great because he made peace as well as war.
Sakri: Where is he now, Andros?
Andros: Oh, he's dead. Humans are short-lived.
Gorel: How did he die?
Andros: Well, ah... he was, um... assassinated.
Sakri: Of course.
