The show Baywatch has become a staple in pop culture and has received widespread popularity around the world. The series is known for its ensemble cast of actors, bright red swimsuits, running scenes, and ridiculous storylines. Though it was initially canceled after the first season, its syndicated run made it the most-watched TV show in the world.
The highlight of the series is its ensemble cast of actors who have become prominent stars now. From David Hasselhoff to Yasmine Bleeth, many actors had their breakthrough with Baywatch. They have gone on to do a diverse range of work since the end of the series in 2001.

Probably the most well-known (behind Pamela Anderson) of the cast, David Hasselhoff played the lead, Captain Buchannon, in Baywatch. The actor appeared in the most number of episodes in the series, starring in over 206 episodes.

Toronto film festival: an empty-headed attempt to give the star her version of The Wrestler is a regrettable misfire
The desire to see Pamela Anderson receive her flowers after being mistreated and denigrated by numerous parties – from the media to men in the industry to most recently Hulu – is strong enough to initially outweigh other concerns over her big-screen comeback. Even framing it as such feels like an understatement, the star having never received anything like the dramatic lead she’s been given in Vegas-set character drama The Last Showgirl. It’s a genuinely huge moment for Anderson after regaining control of her narrative with a well-received turn in Chicago on Broadway and a likable Netflix documentary which allowed her to right some wrongs.
But while goodwill might have propelled her here, to a ritzy Toronto film festival premiere, it can only take her so far. The film, directed by...

At the end of the Toronto Film Festival world premiere of her new film, The Last Showgirl, Canadian-born Pamela Anderson told the packed crowd, “This is the role I have been waiting for my entire career” before going on to joke that it’s the first “coherent” film script she was ever given. I can safely predict there will be more where this came from because Anderson is sensational as an aging Vegas showgirl, and the movie from director Gia Coppola — who says she has always wanted to make a film in Las Vegas — is smart, touching, funny, honest and wise. And if you think it is going the exploitational route like, say, Paul Verhoeven did in his Nc-17-rated Showgirls, think again.

The Masked Singer Season 11 Judges’ Net Worth (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Fox TV’s The Masked Singer is a unique reality singing show where celebs compete against one another, but there is a fun twist. While performing, they wear fancy costumes and face masks to conceal their identities. The singing reality series is back with its Season 11, and the first episode premiered earlier this month. There had been a change in the judges’ panel this year as fan favorite Nicole Scherzinger did not return alongside Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, and Robin Thicke. Rita Ora has taken her place.
The fans were initially upset and worried about Nicole’s exit from the show. But it was later reported that Nicole was busy with the revival of Andrew Llyod Webber’s Sunset Boulevard in London’s West End. It began in September, which coincided with the reality show’s filming. As a result,...

In spite of the ongoing crypto winter, venture capitalists are investing millions in Web3 gaming startups. The latest platform taking advantage of that buzz is Stacked, a “Web3 startup studio” that just raised a 12.9 million Series A funding round.
Stacked co-founder Alex Lin told TechCrunch that his upcoming platform will essentially be “Twitch for Web3.” The streaming hub’s interface will probably look familiar to Twitch users, but its ownership structure is more novel. By dispensing tokens to top-performing creators, Stacked wants to ensure that its community maintains a majority stake in the company.
Like another well-funded Web3 startup, CreatorDAO, Stacked is positioning its financial system as a more egalitarian alternative to the models employed by Web 2.0 platforms. “If a video platform is only as good as its content, why do its content creators receive little to no ownership over the value they create?” asks the About page on the Stacked website.

Hulu’s upcoming Pam & Tommy series may be loaded with debauchery, but it’s also teeming with the love and sweetness of two wildly famous celebrities who fell hard and fast for each other. “Schmigadoon!” star Keegan-Michael Key and “Jackass” alum Johnny Knoxville are set to star on “Modern Family” co-creator Steve Levitan’s Hulu comedy pilot “Reboot,” TheWrap has learned.
Created by Levitan, “Reboot” — which is inspired by the TV industry’s recent slew of comedy revivals — centers on the story of Hulu rebooting an early 2000’s family sitcom, and how its dysfunctional cast is forced back together and now must deal with their unresolved issues in today’s fast-changing world.
Levitan and John Enbom (“iZombie”) co-wrote the pilot script for the potential series based on a story by the “Modern Family” creator. Levitan and Enbom will executive produce alongside Danielle Stokdyk. Levitan’s home studio, 20th Television, is producing the pilot.
Should “Reboot” be ordered to series, it would mark the first streaming series for Levitan, who last year wrapped the 11-season run of ABC’s “Modern Family.” Along with that sitcom,...

Diane Haithman is an AwardsLine contributor. How many writer-producers does it take to make an Emmy-winning comedy? In the case of Modern Family, it’s a staff of 12 including co-creators/executive producers Steven Levitan and Christopher Lloyd. Like many series creators, Levitan and Lloyd mostly tapped colleagues from comedies they had either created or worked on to assemble a writers room where the team speaks the same language. Before creating Modern Family, Levitan and Lloyd worked on three comedies together: Wings, Frasier and the short-lived Back To You, which the pair co-created. Most members of Modern Family’s creative family are descendants of those three shows and/or two other comedies created by Levitan: Just Shoot Me and Stacked. AwardsLine has ventured deep into sitcom history — stripping the banana peel all the back way to 1990 — to trace the writing roots of Modern Family. Please note that this is not intended...

Every once in a while a trailer comes out that makes you think to yourself "oh my goodness that looks like nonsense... I Can't Wait To See It!"
In my social circles that has been the reaction to the trailers and commercials for "Piranha 3D" (which is hitting AMC Theatres everywhere this weekend)! To us, the film looks like a throwback to the great cheesy horror/gore movies of the 80's much like "The Expendables" is for 80's action films. It also looks like it aims to deliver that kind of fun.
But aside from the beastly little fishies with the big teeth, a lot of us are also looking forward to seeing this particular cast in action together. Most of them have been huge at one point (and for good reason) but these days don't often get the recognition they deserve to get.

So how old is Pamela Anderson? This seems to be a question swarming the world wide web and admittedly, we wanted to know just as much as everybody else so we did some searching to find out the former "Baywatch" stars true age.
Pamela Anderson, Canadian-American, was born July 1, 1967 which were make her 42 years of age. The actress has never had a problem staying in the spotlight from her leaked sex-tape featuring she and musician Tommy Lee to starring in her own television sitcom titled "Stacked". Now, Anderson is in the spotlight again with her new gig on ABC's hit reality series "Dancing with the Stars". The judges have already called her 'Striperella' and told her that she oozes 'sex, sex, sex'. That should definitely keep the ratings up for the show (because you know men will want to tune in now).

While Bones fans are quite displeased over the casting of Rena Sofer as a potential love interest for Booth, they might not be as critical of this announcement:
Elon Gold will debut on the show in April in the potentially recurring role of a love interest for Camille.
The actor has guest-starred on The Mentalist and was a series regular on Fox’s short-lived Pamela Anderson sitcom Stacked. Let's never speak of that again.
Earlier this month, Bones producer Stephen Nathan told Entertainment Weekly that Cam will meet her new man “in a very bizarre way.” He also said the romance “complicates [Cam's] relationship with her adopted daughter, Michelle.”
Hmmm... interesting. Bones returns with a new episode on April 1.

Make no bones about it: Cam's getting a boyfriend on Bones! Actor-comedian Elon Gold — best known from Fox's short-lived Pamela Anderson sitcom Stacked — is joining the cast as a love interest for Cam. As exec producer Stephen Nathan recently teased, Cam will meet her new beau "in a very bizarre way." He added that the romance "complicates [Cam's] relationship with her adopted daughter, Michelle." Elon's potentially recurring gig kicks off in April. Thoughts? Happy that Cam is getting a juicy storyline and a little nookie-nookie to boot? Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson played a gay character in the late, unlamented Fox sitcom Do Not Disturb, but he will have a chance to put that dud behind him with his new role in the intriguing ABC pilot An American Family:
Steven Levitan and Christopher Lloyd's docu-style single-camera comedy Family, from 20th TV, revolves around three families: one comprised of a working dad, stay-at-home mom and two kids; another that includes a 60-year-old man who becomes a stepfather after marrying a Latina who is 30 years his junior; and the third, a gay couple who have just adopted a Vietnamese baby. Ferguson will play one of the gay dads.
It's a fresh idea, and with the pedigree of Levitan and Lloyd behind it (who have helped helm such classics as Frasier, The Golden Girls, and The Larry Sanders Show), it could turn out to be something special.
Of course, those...

Anderson Victorious in Restraining Order Bid
Pamela Anderson scooped a legal victory yesterday, when a California judge granted her request for a restraining order against an alleged stalker. The hearing ended in a matter of minutes, with the Santa Monica Superior Court judge stating there is clear and convincing evidence to issue a three-year restraining order against William Peter Stansfield, 29. Neither Anderson nor Stansfield were present in court. The former Baywatch beauty had claimed that English-born Stansfield followed her all over Malibu, California, where she lives with her sons Brandon, nine, and Dylan, seven. In court papers, Anderson alleged that Stansfield harassed her brother, her assistant and most recently showed up at her children's school. According to the court documents, Anderson confronted Stansfield at her children's school, stating, "He began talking to me, explaining that he wanted me to stop working on (my TV sitcom) Stacked and work on a movie with a script that he had written for me." Stansfield had allegedly been camping in a tent in Malibu - not far from Anderson's home.

Nets swap leads each hour Wed.
Wednesday was a see-saw night of fierce competition among the Big Four networks. ABC dominated the opening hour of primetime with Lost, Fox took over at 9 p.m. with American Idol while CBS popped at 10 p.m. with CSI: NY. Fox took the night overall thanks to the double-digit demo injection from Idol, which pulled in 25.6 million viewers and 11.1 rating/27 share in the adults 18-49 demographic, according to preliminary estimates from Nielsen Media Research. At 9:30 p.m., fledgling comedy Stacked (11.3 million, 5.3/13) kept Fox on top in the demo despite ceding significant ground from its lead-in. ABC was No. 1 at 8 p.m. by a mile with Lost (16.6 million, 6.2/18) as the thriller careens toward its two-hour finale on May 25. CBS saw a modest turnout from 8-10 p.m. with the second half of its Elvis biopic, which finished out with an average of 10.5 million viewers and 2.9/8 in adults 18-49. Still, Elvis placed second in the 9 p.m. hour the Fox combo, while ABC's Alias (10.1 million, 4.1/10) was second in 18-49.

Anderson Halts Filming with Live Chimp
Animal rights campaigner Pamela Anderson was horrified when she was asked to shoot a television scene with a live chimpanzee - and abruptly refused. The pneumatic blonde, famed for her work with People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA), has been filming US television show Stacked with actor Christopher Lloyd, who plays a retired scientist traumatised by memories of sending primates into outer space for Nasa. Anderson was keen to raise awareness of the terrifying tests animals are subjected to, but she refused to go any further with the show until an alternative to a live chimp was found. A source tells gossip site The Scoop, "Pam was fine about portraying the tests as frightening, but she drew the line at using a real chimp on the show. Pam said, 'I asked them to lose the chimp. We've replaced him with a robot! The scenes are much funnier with the robot anyway - it's a very sci-fi vibe.'"...

Wed. 'Idol' beats network downtrend
Wednesday was something of an off night for the Big Four broadcast networks, according to preliminary estimates from Nielsen Media Research. ABC was less potent than usual in the 8 p.m. hour with its clip-show recap episode of Lost, NBC's 9 p.m. drama Revelations dipped in its third outing and CBS' CSI: NY was good but not great at 10 p.m. against a repeat of NBC's Law & Order. Fox's 9 p.m. American Idol results show (23.7 million, 10.3/26) beat the downtrend by improving slightly from the previous week. At 9:30 p.m., Fox gave its new Pamela Anderson sitcom Stacked (11.5 million, 5.3/13) a test-drive in the lucrative post-Idol berth. Stacked improved significantly on the lead-in retention rate of other comedies Fox has tried behind Idol this season but it still had a hard time hanging on to its coattails. ABC opened the night with Lost: The Journey (13.4 million, 4.8/14) which didn't pack the same punch as an original episode. At 9 p.m., NBC's Revelations (8.9 million, 3.4/9) was down from last week's numbers but still improved on its Dateline NBC lead-in (6.5 million, 2.1/6), despite the Idol factor and atypical combination from CBS' special airing of a CSI: Crime Scene Investigation repeat (11.6 million, 3.5/9). The CSI repeat lead-in gave a lift to its 10 p.m. offspring, CSI: NY (14.4 million, 5.1/14), which dominated the hour against the Law & Order encore (9.5 million, 3.1/8) and ABC's Eyes (6.7 million, 2.4/6). For the night, Fox led with an average of 12.2 million viewers and 5.5/15 in the adults 18-49 demographic. CBS was No. 2 in viewers (11.6 million) and tied with ABC for No. 2 in adults 18-49 (3.5/9).
