A hitman, Verano (Ricketts) leaves his group and attempts to be a state witness. To keep him safe and away from his former group, the police hides him inside a mental asylum. Chaos ensues as the only other person in the hospital who knows his identity leaves.
May Sayad is your typical action comedy standard fare. There is a such a time that being in the mental hospital or any reference to it was a joke and something to laugh about and it does work here as they took advantage. The opportunity to make it a wilder or darker was there but as the formula goes it needs that brand of comedy. The action is repetitive and the best parts are scenes from the asylum.
