Just One Look (Yat luk che) is a 2002 film, starring the bubblegum popstars duo, Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung, starring as Nam and Decimator respectively. The other casts in the film also include veteran Tung 'Joe'Cheung, Vincent Kok and Sam Lee.
The film is set during the '70s era. The portrayal of the scenery is believable, with meticulous detailing of the scenery back then. There was no stupid things like people wearing Adidas shoes, or some cast answering the mobile phone in the film, which is good enough. And add that to the major films shown in the cinemas in the bygone eras, one has the feeling that the good old days was reminiscent.
The film is a comedy, and a pretty good one at that, too. The film didn't just throw out spastic humor or make crude jokes. The film has a funny way of making people laugh, and at the same time think how funny it could have been if it happens to oneself.
A solid film, 7 out of 10.
