This was awful, of course, but I have a soft spot for it. My daughter was two when this came out. We wore the tape out on a continuous loop. She wouldn't turn it off. She loved Ann and Andy, the two brother and sister skaters. The tape even had to come with us to Disney World.
The basic premise is that Scott Hamilton runs a traveling ice troupe, and they have to put on a show. There is a magic mirror, that I seem to remember being broken. I couldn't figure out what Snowden himself did, exactly. And the Ballerina was a little too mysterious. No matter. If you have small kids, (girls) and you're looking for a respite from Barney, Blues Clues, and Sesame Street, you could do far worse than this little confection.
