In order to achieve a R-Rated in the States the movie had to be cuts in 10 scenes resulting in a total difference of approx. 50 seconds.
The Unrated Version is indeed the uncensored International Version. The latter differs from the original Italian Version, because for the International Version all written texts, e.g. books, letters, credits etc., have been changed from Italian to English by using alternate shots.
