The playlists include songs that fit the five stages of heartbreak: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.

Taylor Swift has officially performed her final Eras Tour show of 2023 and she made a big announcement during the acoustic set.

The 33-year-old singer told fans at her Sao Paulo, Brazil show on Sunday (November 26) that she will be resetting her list of secret songs, aka surprise songs, for the 2024 shows.

During every show on the tour, Taylor performs two songs from her discography that are not on the regular set list. She told fans at the beginning of the tour that she will only repeat songs if she messed up the first time, or if they were from her first album Midnights.

Multiple Emmy Award-winning actress and animal rights activist Betty White, who most famously starred in The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls, has died, just days short of her 100th birthday. White passed peacefully Thursday night at her home, her agent Jeff Witjas confirmed to Deadline.

Over the last few months, the streaming service has debuted a string of in-house projects that have either been subjected to widespread critical acclaim or racked up huge viewing numbers, and frequently both.

Netflix can sometimes be fairly secretive about their viewership data unless they’re shouting their success from the rooftops, and having recently revealed their Top 10 most-watched original movies ever, you can understand why they went public. If you include the reported 72 million streams for Charlize Theron’s The Old Guard that would see it claim sixth spot in the rankings, then four of the Top 10 were released between March and July of this year alone.

Comcast and NBCUniversal are pushing Peacock out of the nest starting Wednesday, April 15, promising to unfurl a rich plume of 15,000-plus hours of streaming content, first for the cable giant’s own TV and internet customers.

Peacock is then slated to be available across the U.S. on July 15 — while NBCU is mulling the possibility of moving that up sooner — in various three tiers across mobile, web and connected-tv devices: paid with ads ($4.99 monthly); paid with no ads ($9.99 monthly); and completely free with ads with a truncated content lineup. CBS has ordered a pilot for the comedy “The Story of Us” from writer and executive producer Mike Royce.

The hybrid comedy tells the story of how an unlikely couple becomes a family through interviews and vignettes spanning 10 years. In addition to Royce, Nick Stoller and Conor Welch will serve as executive producers. Sony Pictures Television, where Royce and Stoller are under overall deals, will produce in association with CBS Television Studios.

Royce most recently co-created the Netflix reboot of “One Day at a Time” with Gloria Calderon-Kellett, with both he and Calderon-Kellett serving as co-showrunners on the series as well. Royce’s other credits include creating “Men of a Certain Age” and working on shows like “Everybody Loves Raymond,” “The Carmichael Show,” and “Dr. Ken.”

National Geographic will proceed with a third season of its Emmy-nominated series, The Story of God with Morgan Freeman, one of the Fox-owned network’s top-rated shows.

The project hails from Morgan Freeman and Lori McCreary’s Revelations Entertainment and CBS TV Studios where it had been in development as part of the studio’s major ramp-up of premium cable/streaming content.

Written by Dan Kay based on Jonathan Eig’s recently published biography Ali: a Life, the series will chronicle eight distinct moments in the life of Ali, with each episode framed by one fight from his boxing career. The focus will be on the internal fight — the drama outside the ring – which will explore the struggle going on in the heart and mind of one of the most consequential and controversial figures of the 20th century.
