Despite finding herself in the middle of a heated political showdown this weekend, Taylor Swift appears to be unbothered.
The 14x Grammy winner repped the Kansas City Chiefs in an oversized jersey as she supported tight end boyfriend Travis Kelce on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium, where the team took on the Cincinnati Bengals.
Her appearance at the game came hours after former President Donald Trump posted to Truth Social, “I Hate Taylor Swift!“
Vice President Kamala Harris‘ campaign responded with a statement featuring several lyrical references to the Tortured Poets Department artist.
“Voters know All Too Well how dangerous Trump and his Project 2025 agenda will be if he wins. This November, we can make sure this is The Last Time we have to deal with his End Game of jacking up taxes on the middle class and ripping away Americans’ freedoms. Kamala Harris is making it clear: she’s a fan of Taylor Swift, as opposed to former President Donald Trump.
The Vice President’s campaign followed her opponent’s “I hate Taylor Swift!” declaration on social media with a statement, incorporating over two dozen references to the 34-year-old singer-songwriter, who recently endorsed Kamala for President in the 2024 election.
The campaign’s release, called “Trump’s Bad Week (Taylor’s Version),” begins: “We’re pretty sure it’s Safe (& Sound) to say Donald Trump’s week has him Down Bad. Mr. Not-at-all-Fine has spent this week working through his feelings, whining about his Champagne Problems…”

“His rambling, yelling and constant conspiracy theories have many asking of The Man is ‘too emotional’ to be president. Call It What You Want, but it’s Nothing New for the Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” the statement continues, via spokesperson Sarafina Chitika.

After Donald Trump declared his hatred for Taylor Swift, some might say he “needs to calm down.”
Vice President Kamala Harris‘ campaign spokesperson Sarafina Chitika shared a cheeky statement laden with lyrical references to the 14x Grammy winner after Trump posted “I Hate Taylor Swift!” Sunday on Truth Social.
“Donald Trump’s week of whining and spouting conspiracy theories has voters on both sides of the aisle ready to Forget That He Existed,” she said. “The American people want to be Out of the Woods of the chaos and division of the Trump era, leave behind the Blank Space of Trump’s broken promises, and Begin Again by electing Vice President Harris to ensure America’s future of opportunity is Long Lived.

Everyone remembers that Kanye West interrupted Taylor Swift at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. Not everyone remembers that this controversy inspired the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer to pen a pop ballad. Swift revealed why she felt the need to write the track. Interestingly, this forgotten song was a top 40 hit when it came out.
Taylor Swift wrote a ballad after Kanye West said her video wasn’t as Beyoncé’s
A quick recap: Swift won the award for Best Female Video for “You Belong With Me.” West came onstage to tell her that Beyoncé should have won for the iconic clip for “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It).” This incident resulted in the crowd booing. It was a massive story in the entertainment industry, with many commentators feeling that West’s actions were inappropriate and cruel even if Queen B released the superior music video.

After 15 long years, Rbd are officially back! The beloved Mexican pop group - which was born out of the 2005 telenovela "Rebelde" and includes Anahí, Christian Chávez, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, and Christopher von Uckermann - reunited earlier this year for one final tour, the Soy Rebelde Tour. On Sunday, they descended upon San Francisco's Chase Center, where they were met by thousands of fans dressed in miniskirts, white button-ups, red blazers, and knee-high boots.
Although it's been years since Rbd's last performance (and Alfonso Herrera is notably sitting out the tour), it was almost like no time had passed as the band transported the crowd back to Elite Way School with an emotional two-hour set of their greatest hits. "Thank you for not forgetting us. Thank you for making dreams come true tonight," Anahí passionately shouted to the audience in Spanish. "Thank you for keeping us in your hearts all these years,...

Drop everything now and listen to Taylor Swift’s latest release, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), out via Apple Music and Spotify.
Originally released in 2010, Speak Now is arguably Swift’s most alternative album, complete with booming choruses and snarky, staccato pop punk guitar. Compare the plots and sound of “Better Than Revenge” to, say, Paramore’s “Misery Business,” and it’ll quickly make sense as to why Swift enlisted Hayley Williams to appear on the album’s re-recording.
Williams appears on a vault track called “Castles Crumbling,” while, in keeping with Speak Now’s alternative influences, Fall Out Boy contribute to the deep cut “Electric Touch.” The reissued LP also features the vault tracks “When Emma Falls in Love,” “I Can See You,” “Foolish One,” and “Timeless,” in addition to new recordings of the original 16-track album.
Notably, Swift also used the re-release to take back a now-controversial lyric from “Better Than Revenge.

At long last, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) has arrived. The third release in Taylor Swift’s series of rerecorded albums, this updated version of her third studio LP flashes all the way back to 2010. Then, she was entering her twenties with her first entirely self-written record under her belt, a giant step that solidified the same legacy she’s attempting to protect by recording every album before Lover to gain control of her own master recordings.

Multiple Emmy Award-winning actress and animal rights activist Betty White, who most famously starred in The Mary Tyler Moore Show and The Golden Girls, has died, just days short of her 100th birthday. White passed peacefully Thursday night at her home, her agent Jeff Witjas confirmed to Deadline.
“Even though Betty was about to be 100, I thought she would live forever,” Witjas said in a statement. “I will miss her terribly and so will the animal world that she loved so much. I don’t think Betty ever feared passing because she always wanted to be with her most beloved husband Allen Ludden. She believed she would be with him again.”

With the summer starting to wind down, Netflix appear to be taking their foot off the gas a little bit when it comes to releasing high-profile original movies. Over the last few months, the streaming service has debuted a string of in-house projects that have either been subjected to widespread critical acclaim or racked up huge viewing numbers, and frequently both.
Netflix can sometimes be fairly secretive about their viewership data unless they’re shouting their success from the rooftops, and having recently revealed their Top 10 most-watched original movies ever, you can understand why they went public. If you include the reported 72 million streams for Charlize Theron’s The Old Guard that would see it claim sixth spot in the rankings, then four of the Top 10 were released between March and July of this year alone.

A forgotten Bruce Willis movie has just hit Netflix today: 1999 romcom The Story of Us. The film stars Willis alongside Michelle Pfeiffer as Ben and Katie Jordan, a married couple of 15 years who experience a rough patch.
I’m going to take a wild guess that it wasn’t priority viewing when you woke up this morning. Heck, it’s not even the biggest thing coming to Netflix this week. Or the best. Very far from the best, as a matter of fact. But I’ve been tasked with playing devil’s advocate, and so help me god the devil’s advocate will be delivered.
Why exactly should you watch an obscure 90s soap-fest in 2020? Well, for a start, Bruce Willis is an underrated actor whose film career displays far more variety than typical of an action star. This is evidence of that versatility.

National Geographic will proceed with a third season of its Emmy-nominated series, The Story of God with Morgan Freeman, one of the Fox-owned network’s top-rated shows.

When Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon first revealed that they were finally together, basically everyone swooned. After all, Ashley had been chasing Jared for years, ever since they first appeared together on Bachelor in Paradise, and it seemed, against all odds, she'd finally gotten her guy. But there was one person who wasn't charmed by their romance: Kevin Wendt, Ashley's ex from The Bachelor Winter Games and a former contestant on Canada's version of The Bachelorette. He'd heard that the couple started dating after he and Ashley broke up, but he hadn't heard how — and that it included her cheating on him. Back when Winter Games aired, the season ended with Ashley and Kevin winning it all and finding love, something they decided to pursue once the show was over. And when the World Tell All aired at the end of February, they were still together. But just a few weeks later in mid-March,...

Since they met way back in 2015, we've been lowkey rooting for Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon. Both of them came off of the Bachelor and Bachelorette broken-hearted, but ready to give love another shot. Their relationship initially seemed to be going well, but quickly went south and Jared left Ashley a crying mess time and time again. It seemed hopeless! But years later, the couple is relevant again - here's the scoop.
Since their first meeting on Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley and Jared have had a complicated, on-and-off relationship over the next couple of years. They developed a strong and solid friendship, but it was evident from Ashley's over-the-top emotions and admitted jealousy during Bachelor in Paradise seasons that she still wanted Jared romantically. Ashley ended up on the Bachelor Winter Games in early 2018 where she met Kevin Wendt, who she dated for three months after the show ended. Shortly...

Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon had a three-year road to travel — both on- and off-camera — before getting engaged on the set of Bachelor in Paradise last month.

For about 35 years now, Rob Reiner has been a director. For the first decade and a half, he was among the best in the business. Recently? Not so much. That being said, we’re focusing on the good today. Since he’s releasing a new film in the next few days, it feels apt to look at his best work. So, that’s what I’m doing. A full ranking of all of his movies is on the way, with special attention paid to his top features. I would argue that half of his output is good to very good, with five or six legitimately great works on his resume. This week, Reiner puts out his 20th feature, this time another political offering. It’s Shock and Awe, his treatise on the lies of the Bush Administration, namely in terms of going to war with Iraq. As per IMDb:...

Get ready to cry happy tears - Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are officially engaged, People confirms. According to the publication, Jared popped the question on Sunday in Mexico during the upcoming fifth season of Bachelor in Paradise. The proposal setting is certainly fitting seeing as it's where their romance first began. In 2015, the two met on the set of the reality series, though they didn't start a relationship until much later. After developing a strong friendship over the years, the two finally made their romance official in May.
Aside from showing off their relationship on Instagram and making their red carpet debut as a couple, the two documented their love story by sharing a 44-minute video for Ashley's web series, The Story of Us. Needless to say, we're going to need a tall glass of wine and a lot of tissues when their proposal airs on Bachelor in Paradise.

Within half a pint of shandy and some slightly dated crisps, one name has inevitably been cited: Rob Reiner.
With good reason, too. Many directors have hot streaks. What was incredible about the run of films that Reiner enjoyed between 1984 and 1994 was that the films not only enjoyed acclaim, but they tended to be successful too.
