When Corey Haim's character Nelson ask's Marcia Strassman's character Lorraine "who is that", they both repeat the name Honey three times. This is a reference to her movies "Honey, I shrunk the Kids"(1989), and "Honey, I Blew Up the Kid" which came out one year after this movie in 1992.
