When Gator ties the twine around the green lamp at the Ocean Plaza Motel, he ties a simple double slip knot.
Then when they show a close-up of the lamp as they are closing the front door, the knot is a completely different one with a loop dangling from it.
During Caffery's Mayoral Campaign event, Irving Greenfield is standing behind a boy holding 3 strings with a blue helium balloon at the end of each. Irving pops one of the balloons with his lit cigar, and the boy looks up at him but all three strings are still taut. It's not until Irving pops the two remaining balloons that you see all 3 strings fallen.
In the first movie, "White Lightning", Gator is just released from prison, and his family is living in Arkansas. This movie has him living in the bayous of Louisiana, and he suddenly has a daughter which he did not have in the first movie.
When Bones picks up Smiley in the parking lot, his boots are mid-calf; when the stunt man is on the roof of the car, portraying Bones, his boots are ankle high.
In the first scene showing Bones driving the red car, the swinging woman changes clothes between cuts. When the car turns into the driveway, she is bare-foot, wearing denim shorts or a skirt, with a white blouse. As the car is parked, she is wearing sandals, white shorts and a halter top. After Bama leaves, and the club is in flames, she is again wearing the white blouse.
When Bama visits the Southside Shuffle to collect his 'protection' money, he walks over to talk to the bouncer who is cooling his face with a mug of beer. Before Bama smashes the mug into his face, you can see that the wound is already on his left cheek ahead of time, covered with flesh-colored makeup.
When Gator grabs hold of Smiley and takes him for a spin, he crashes his car into a van, and you see damage to the right front headlight. A moment later, before he hits Bones, the right headlight is now undamaged, and so is the van. Then, Gator hits a Chevy Impala with Bones flying off the hood into the grass. Afterward, Gator drives to Emmeline's house, and again, there is no damage to his car.
When the helicopter chases Gator in the swamp, the actor playing the pilot holds both hands on the cyclic control. The helicopter would crash. Later, the helicopter can be seen actually flying and being operated by an actual pilot, who uses the collective. Then the actor can be seen again, holding his hand on his microphone, thus once more not using both hands to fly the helicopter.

When the police skiff crashes through the cabin, its propeller can be seen fixed in an upright position. This is to facilitate the skid back into the water. Even when it has cleared the cabin, the prop stays up.
Several times when Gator drives his car, throwing it around and such, similar tire marks from previous takes are visible.
The film takes place in the fictional Dunston County, in Georgia. Yet after Gator and the others steal Bama's tax records, he and his friends steal a police car that says Sumter County on the door.
