I enjoyed Marc Bannermans performance but thats just about where the enjoyment ended. Story wasn't great, acting was questionable, effects were poor.
More like a wet midweek episode of Line of Duty than a movie, some parts were so unbelievable that I actually wondered if this was supposed to be a dark comedy!
Watch if you've got nothing better to do.
I hope Bannerman gets some more (better) job offers off the back of this

Is this one of the worst films I've ever seen, or am I missing the point? Firstly the acting is atrocious, more wooden than a carpenters workshop, however, Bannerman is ok. The sound is bad, even with the over the top cockney vernacular, it's very hard to tell what anyone's saying. The landscape shots are ok, they seemed to have spent more time and money on these than the acting. The dialogue is like something out of a cartoon. I liked the sequencing very much. But all in all it was awful. The killer had the best deal, never saying a word. And the ending, my mouth was wide open, not through shock and horror, but shear disbelief!!
I spent most of the film threatening to turn it off, but didn't either from a morbid fascination, or the farcical hope that it was going to turn into a musical.
Still confused!!!

This film about a silent ex con seeking revenge is far more complicated for it's own good and many of the characters are straight from a cartoon I think. But its watchable but very bloated with an overly complex story and not enough action. But for a low budget film I've certainly seen worse.

Anyone who gives this more than 1 star is deluded. It's embarrassing! Worst film I've ever seen. I was fascinated to watch it to the very end, just because it was so bad. Awful, ridiculous story, the most terrible acting I've ever seen, worse than a primary school would make, bad audio recorded on an inline earphone mic I suspect. Just unbelievable that this even exists. Any positive reviews have definitely been brought. I haven't logged in to IMDB for years, but made the effort just for this. I even started clicking on other reviewers profiles to see if they were real. Sorry to guys who made it, as I hate to negate, but you just wasted 1:23 of my life.
Was this a Uni project? I hope they didn't pay the actors, whom they clearly got off the street. Anyone that remotely thinks this 1-take per scene pile of rubbish deserves any credit should avoid poker tables; we now know your bluff. Those listed in the credits should insist that they be struck-off, as this movie is a career wrecker.

If not the worst then close to it. Bad acting, bad production, flimsy characters. I only gave it a 1 because I had to give it something

Is this supposed to be a comedy ?
Awful acting, unrealistic scenarios and all round bad.
Couldn't watch after the first ten minutes of the annoying opening scene at the police station.
Also the background rap (or attempted rap) music is terrible.
Only one thing could have saved this and that would be for it not to have been made.
Awful.

Possibly the worst film I've ever seen, I say possibly as there must be worse I just can't think of one right now.
Let's start with the positive yep it's only one. Marc Bannerman was excellent, and considering I've seen more of this man incidentally on the street than on any screens in the last ten years I was surprised. Believable, didn't over do the tough guy routine a genuinely solid and enjoyable performance.
As for the rest, awful seriously absolutely awful. Wooden acting, ludicrous wardrobe decisions, even the sets made no sense. What police officer carries out interviews with a pen pot in reach of possibly dangerous suspects?
The dialogue was bordering on comical, the "story" about as engaging as watching ice melt if it wasn't for Bannerman occasionally popping in with some talent I wouldn't have got through it.
Save some time watch adverts you'll get more out of it
I've seen better student films. This looks like it has been shot on a camcorder, the audio sounds tinny and wrong, clearly they are running around with toy guns, the after effects gunshots look ridiculous.
The plot is just dumb. Acting is terrible. Any positive reviews are probably from the film maker and his mates.
Don't waste your time.

I have to say that this was a brilliant film. With the UK the way it is, the law being taken into your own hands seems ever more real than ever. An unforgiving killer against the drug dealing scum of London whilst the police have to work out the reason for it. It is Death Wish with twists and turns you only find on a corkscrew.
Some good humour and references to other films and TV, I personally loved the Simpsons bit, it was a refreshing change from half of the rubbish that is released nowadays.
If you want a good film with a nice little twist, then watch this film.

This was a recommendation and a movie I'd certainly never had watched otherwise. Not only do I generally dislike British cinema but I hate any "Gangster" related nonsense especially such low rent stuff like this.
It's a revenge tale, a newly released convict (but we don't know what he had done) seeking retribution against drug dealers that may or may not have killed his sister. On paper this movie stood absolutely no chance with me, but it does have redeeming features.
It's paced perfectly, it's wonderfully constructed and the 4 main characters gel very well. It succeeds in making you absolutely question just who are the antagonists, to levels I wasn't expecting.
It was smarter than I would have given any film of this type credit for. The double story telling was interesting if not lingered a little too long on the police side of it. Fiona Skinner, who plays the main detective was believable of someone having a bad day and held her own in all her scenes even when she was beaten.
It does have its low budget flaws, and as much as the filmmakers highlight it was shot in 8 days (I'm sure there was a reason for this) it would have benefited with a few more. But when it put it in to context, 8 days, low budget and you get this result it made me a bit more tolerant for this genre of film.
So for me this was better than it should have been, but does have its issues.

What an utter pile of garbage. People from other countries - this is not what brits are like, seriously, even our wrong uns are not this corny! This is a dreadful movie - should have been called 24 cliches... ugh, people involved, go be builders or somethin. Cringeworthy.
What an absolute load of tosh.
I have experience in the legal system so the police woman spending her entire time in an interview room with suspects and witnesses being rolled in and out is silly. Not a single witness made a statement that was signed.
The armed police were tubby old men and just walked in a row like ducks at the fair waiting to be shot.
The film was shot on an upmarket handy cam, maybe the sound was recorded on the onboard mike because it was abysmal.
It's the sort of film you watch and have to stay with because it's so bad.

Absolute stinker of a film, wooden characters, oh so predictable plot line and every hackneyed London criminal cliche out there . Slots easily into the list of worst film's I've ever had the dubious pleasure to endure. Awful.

I was intrigued by all the glowing user reviews of this movie. Having laboriously worked my way through this truly appalling, dreadful thing, I emerged at the far end wishing it had English subtitles (I was bought up in south London but the echoing audio quality which sounded as if the cast had spoken into metal buckets, was so poor I missed half the dialogue - perhaps no bad thing). The acting was dreadful (and - for the record - there are a couple of really talented actors among this ensemble). The dialogue sounded like it had been written by a 14 year old who had secretly gained access to his uncle's slasher movie stash. I could imagine the mocked up police interview room to be in a large Isle of Dogs warehouse, rented for 2/6 a week. Apparently the production shoot was 8 days - does this not say something? Trite, formulaic, unimaginative, and an obviously rushed production. Of course, it is easy for someone like me to criticize, but other, much better films with even smaller budgets have produced so much more. I couldn't recommend this to a friend.
The storyline is garbage, police station is a room, same room used to update chief, who does to acting what locusts do crops, Sparta from the audio, there are no actors in this movie, the guy from the office should be ashamed of himself starring in this, garbage. Apart from the fact the main character wears a sheepskin???? Is the only way to identify him as the lead, although this has been made it is an atrocity, the distributors should throw this and all of the cast in the Thames. I really do wish I could unwatchable this, unbelievably bad excuse for movie. Please please do not make a sequel, or any other movies. For the love of god..

I thought this was a really nicely put together film. The time and effort they took to develop and make this film is really impressive. The acting talent on board is also a huge credit to the team involved.
It was made in 8 days and for no money, you take that into account and you could let the flaws slip by easily. It is a dual story film that each has its own style that adds to the experience however it does have flaws so I would say judge with ah eye you want to judge with.
Well done to everyone involved in making an indie film which is bold in scope and stays true to its indie self.

This kind of movie borders in the genres I love but is not my usual view but had to check out this one because of the director. I saw his last film and this one is even better.
The standard of the film is really good, with some great shoots and beautiful frames. There is a whole variety in how the story line is delivered, with the past and events overlapping, so you can get the full insight into events played out. Actors done a really good job with being naturalistic and believable.
Most importantly the film conveys that lines can get blurred. It's a film worth seeing!

Story was good and overall the characters are good too but the end left unanswered questions. I hope there is a sequel.
A bit artsy in places but when it went old school, it really went old school. Laughed at some of the one liners, loved the killer and his sheep skin jacket, iconic, up there with Indiana Jones's hat. A couple of double crosses and at times I rooted for the copper. It was a decent watch.
Overall they can add some more things in this movie to increase interest of the viewers but the story was good.it was my opinion and i hope you will like this movie.

Some weaknesses but still huge fun It's distinctly slow to get going but worth hanging in there for. The opening 20 minutes is story set up and character introduction but when that mid-point kicks in so does the fun and action. It really becomes something else, not like many of its counterparts.
The plot may go over the heads of the basic fisty cuff, T&A lovers of lo budget indie flix but for those with an IQ over 10 you will dig the effort made by the story and by the acting to.
It aint perfect but for all its flaws, theres not many, it still is tremendously enjoyable, entertaining and with a feel good factor by the ending.
Worth the watch.
Worth the watch.

An ambitiously put together film with a lot of fascinating actors and bright colorful locations, the concept of the film is clever and entertaining with some great performances.
This is a must-see film and a roller-coaster of emotions, glad to see a Brit independent film with some thought behind the story.
The cinematography is absolutely beautiful.

Paul Knight is the Picasso of independent British film. This film is a visually astonishing piece of art. The Cinematography and locations were fantastic, the director and the team should be so proud of this piece of work especially for the fact this was made in just 8 days. I would highly recommend you see it!
