Miko's family's house number is 1337, which is leetspeak for "Leet". Leetspeak is a system of modified spellings that uses character replacements (such as numbers) in ways that play on the similarity of their glyphs via reflection or other resemblance.
Glitch Techs is Nickelodeon's second Animated series to premiere only on Netflix.
The Hinobi store is in the same strip mall as The Groovy Smoothie, which was the smoothie shop the kids went to on iCarly (2007), another Nickelodeon series.
In episode 2 of season 2 high 5 hits a sign that says "leaving downtown Bailey". After hitting the sign it looks like it says "Dona Bailey" who helped create the early video game Centipede.
In the episode "The Glitch Modder," right before Miko is about to fight the glitch Ridley creates, a sound effect plays that is almost identical to an iconic sound effect from The Legend of Zelda.
