Though Daisy May Cooper and Charlie Cooper play cousins in this series, they are, in fact, siblings in real life.
The series is shot almost entirely on location in the village of Northleach, Gloucestershire. Though surrounding villages are name-checked, the location is only ever referred to as 'the village'. Two signs mentioning Northleach are however visible early in the series.
All of the clothes the two main characters wear are from budget sports retailer 'Sports Direct'.
