In a conversation with People for its special Grey’s issue, the showrunner recalled when the Grammy-winning artist came by her office and performed her popular song, “Love Story,” in 2008.

In the episode of "The X-Files" called "Bad Blood," Agents Scully (Gillian Anderson) and Mulder (David Duchovny) have to get their story straight after Mulder murders a young man (Patrick Renna) believing him to be a vampire. Know immediately that "Bad Blood" is one of the rare comedy episodes of "The X-Files," and that it is deeply beloved by X-Philes the world over. Indeed, /Film listed it as the best episode of the series, replacing the show's usual funereal tone with one of whimsy. This is an episode wherein Mulder, when knocked in the head, uncontrollably begins singing "Theme from Shaft."

"Bad Blood" is told in a pair of flashbacks, telling slightly different versions of the same event, "Rashomon"-style. Scully recalls investigating a series of mysterious cattle exsanguinations in Texas and is careful to relate Mulder's behavior as cavalier and condescending. She also notes that there was no evidence of vampires.

Deadpool: Badder Blood has taken Rob Liefeld on a long road. The writer and artist crafted the opening pages in late 2017 — but then he and Marvel agreed to detour to other things — including work celebrating anniversaries of Deadpool and X-Force.

A candid Eras Tour moment is currently going viral. During a Philadelphia concert on May 13, Taylor Swift appeared to defend a concertgoer from security - all while performing "Bad Blood," mind you. "She's fine," Swift said after seeing a fan presumably get reprimanded. "She wasn't doing anything," she said, turning to continue with the song before noticing the guard still hadn't let up. "Hey! Stop," she shouted, finally catching the guard's attention.

The fan in question, a longtime Swiftie named Kelly, later shared her side of the story in a video posted her friend's TikTok account. "Basically the guard had been harassing our group all night," she said. "He just kept telling us not to touch the rail and any time we did anything, he was on top of us." She added that the security guard was later escorted out himself, and that her entire group was offered free tickets...

It won’t be one and done for Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin. HBO Max officially announced they’ve renewed the drama for a second season less than a month after the season one finale aired.

The 10-episode first season debuted on July 28, 2022 and starred Bailee Madison, Chandler Kinney, Zaria, Malia Pyles, Maia Reficco, Mallory Bechtel, Sharon Leal, Elena Goode, Eric Johnson, Alex Aiono, and Lea Salonga. Paul Sorvino, whose TV credits included Law & Order, The Oldest Rookie and, most recently, Godfather of Harlem, died on Monday of natural causes. He was 83.

Paul Sorvino, who distinguished himself in a long line of stage and screen performances including “Goodfellas” and “Law & Order,” died Monday of natural causes, according to his rep. He was 83.

His wife, DeeDee Sorvino, posted on Instagram, saying “I am completely devastated. The love of my life & the most wonderful man who has ever lived is gone. I am heartbroken.”

Sorvino, who was the father of actor Mira Sorvino, was perhaps best known for his role as Sgt. Frank Cerreta on NBC’s “Law & Order,” as Mafia don Pail Cicero in Martin Scorsese’s beloved gangster film “Goodfellas” and as Kissinger in Oliver Stone’s “Nixon.”

Apple Original Films has added A24 Jennifer Lawrence drama Causeway to its slate and is planning a global debut in theatres and on Apple TV+ later this year.

Lila Neugebauer directs Lawrence as a soldier struggling to adjust to her life after returning home to New Orleans. Emmy nominee Brian Tyree Henry, whose credits include Atlanta and upcoming action thriller Bullet Train, co-stars.

Apple did not confirm at time of writing whether the title will be part of its awards season slate. Ottessa Moshfegh and Luke Goebel, and Elizabeth Sanders co-wrote the screenplay.

Apple TV+ is adding another feature with A-list talent to its slate. The streaming service has acquired Causeway, an A24 drama starring Jennifer Lawrence and Brian Tyree Henry.

Theater director Lila Neugebauer, who helmed episodes The Maid and The Sex Lives of College Girls, jumps to features with Causeway, which centers on a soldier (Lawrence) who struggles to adjust to her life after returning home to New Orleans. The project shot in New Orleans and hails from scribes Ottessa Moshfegh, Luke Goebel and Elizabeth Sanders. Lawrence produces with Justine Ciarrocchi for Excellent Cadaver. Neugebauer serves as executive producer.

The feature previously went by the title Red, White and Water and at one time counted disgraced producer Scott Rudin as among its backers. Rudin stepped away from the project more than a year ago in the aftermath of a Hollywood Reporter investigation into alleged abuses by him.

Apple Original Films continues to expand on its diverse film slate as it has landed the rights to Causeway, a new film starring and produced by Academy Award-winner Jennifer Lawrence, and directed by Lila Neugebauer. The Oscar-winning actress will produce and star in the drama about a veteran having a hard time transitioning to life at home in New Orleans. Two-time Emmy nominee Brian Tyree Henry will co-star in an unspecified role.
