Three Stars taken away for:
1. The bad ending - bogus and "wanna be different" ending which didn't stick well with the overall plot
2. Female lead's character - totally unnecessary and annoying
3. No chemistry between the main leads - Seo Inguk and Jang Nara had no chemistry together (occasionally she had chemistry with Park Bogum) however, we were forced to watch an irrelevant and out of place "romance" between the two leads that was never build up. The drama would have been much better without the romance approach.
Seven stars were added for: 1. The beautiful bromance between the two brothers. They were truly lovable and cute. I always loved their interactions on screen.
2. Park Bogum - Excellent performance by Bogummy. He stole the show.
3. Seo Inguk - He was hot but his character could have been an annoying know -it-all if it was someone else acted as David Lee. However, Inguk was charming and endearing as the always talking, boastful but extremely smart, blunt but endearing, strict but caring brother/ professor/ police consultant.
4. The crimes - Reminded me of The Mentalist and Sherlock Holmes. The drama took time (about one episode) to investigate the crime, and take another entire episode for the solving and aftermath of it. And the crimes were always wrapped up nicely.
5. The main villain - D. O was great! But the villain's character was that of a smart, empathetical serial killer.
6. The plot - The psychological aspect of the drama was well thought out and executed. The overall plot (minus the last episode) was very well done. There were obvious mistakes with consistency however, I loved how the brothers were given a prominent place. It was their story. Nothing else mattered.
7. Overall cinematography, fights, side characters - The drama was extraordinary, certainly was ahead of its time, had a great cast who did their job well. This star is for them.
Verdict: Watch it for the bromance and Park Bogum's convincing evil side and to witness the best hairdo and hotness of Seo Inguk.

The story is excellent and keeps you engaged without dragging, I would've given it 10/10 if not for the ending which wasn't satisfying for me.

I don't like the female lead's character I find her annoying but the overall plot of the story is excellent.
Better than Dexter, who was, in my opinion, too long, too exaggerate, too creepy. Better than the Mentalist - too long, too exaggerate, too bloody. 16 episodes were just perfect for me. I mean: when I realized who the little brother was, the script revealed it, too. When I realized who the serial killer was, the script revealed it, too. Not like: "Gosh, I'm so smart! How come the others didn't seen it!" Genial. But the plot goes on. So are the surprises. Worth to see it. The love-story is left on the background, and this was perfect for me. And the female police officer was very smart and very efficient. Her colleagues, too. All of them.
HELLO MONSTER is extraordinary. The writing is so clever and ingenious. It combined roller coaster mystery and twists, with irony, biting humor, and surprise.. The lead character is intelligent and cuttingly quick-witted, while still being charismatic and sensitive. The female lead is also empathetic . She is intelligent, determined, and extremely likeable. All of the other characters are equally well-rounded and important to the plot. The acting is just flawless.. The lead actors do amazingly, enthrallingly well. The actor portraying the lawyer, a young man showing little or no emotion, is in such tremendous control of his character. And the supporting acting is equally amazing. The editing, the music, the make-up, the cinematography - all equally excellent. This is definitely one of those stories where avoiding spoiler is higly advised. Truly one of the best ever!

"I Remember You" is a really good series full of suspense and I got a shock almost every single time they found a killer or one was being stabbed. All the actors were amazing and their expression matched the scenes so well. It was also a lot of fun to try to guess the different cases in the series. However, I would liked to see a little more about Min and Lee Joon Yeong's relationship. But all in all a really good series and I'm so glad I found it even though it's been so many years since it got released.

The son of a murdered Police psychologist returns from America after many years away after receiving a strange card. He ends up helping a small police team which includes a female detective with her own tragedy which is linked to his. Together they investigate current murders but also find more information about the suspicious deaths of their parents, and even though their relationship starts frostily their common bond draws them together. It has a great cast including, Seo In-guk, Jang Na-ra, Choi Won-young and Park Bo-gum who along with the rest of the cast do a sterling job. The plot idea is interesting and draws you in with the different cases but sadly I have taken a point off as although I occasionally like an open ended ending this series just seems to fizzle out as the scriptwriters seemed to write themselves into a corner.

I truly liked this movie. Is twistet and funny and really the story line got me in suspense and wanting more. I love EXO and when I saw D. O. in this movie I like it even more. He plays amazing. Seo In-guk and Park Bo-gum are absolutely amazing also. I praise the producers for the choice of actors and story line could not have chosen better. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying I basically only watched this because I am a huge fan of Seo In Guk, who is a fantastic actor - and he was of course great in this.
That being said this series was littered with problems. Also I should add that my experience was definitely marred by poor subtitles, and this is definitely something to consider since at the time of my review there are no better subtitles available - I searched everywhere, believe me!
The bad: The start is a bit slow, and it takes a few episodes for the tone to settle into a steady rhythm. The second half of the series was much better, especially once you know who Lee Hyun's brother is. Lee Joon Young is a character that I felt didn't get fleshed out enough, so a lot of his actions felt confusing and shallow. The romance felt half-baked and really unnecessary to the show and I wish they had just left them as friends. As with a lot of Kdramas pre-2016, this show felt dated - it had a really bad soundtrack with annoying, repetitive songs that pulled the viewer out of the moment. The ending was awful, it left so many open ends, and had there been a second season perhaps that would have made me give a higher rating, but unfortunately the story was left unfinished.
The good: the acting was decent, especially between the two brothers. Also the brother story line was the best aspect of the show - they had some of the most intense scenes together and I loved every second of their relationship. I know I said the soundtrack was bad, but they did this eerie background sound during certain scenes that was amazing and brought the perfect creepy vibe to the show.
In the end, this was an okay show, but I feel like the only reason I enjoyed any of it was because I am a fan of Seo In Guk. So if you are a fan of one of the main actors I think you will enjoy this.

I liked it!
I loved this show. It had me at the edge of my seat whole time, very well written and acted out by the whole cast. Amazing character development. Just love the bromance. It got me emotional so many times. Interesting criminal minds, tough logic by detectives.
Those who like crime/suspense/thriller/psychological thriller genre this is a must watch.

Love the story line. The ending????? Such a cliff hunger. I feel like there is a second season. However, this drama was yet in 2015 and it's 2020 now yet nothing had been released. So I guess viewers just have to form their own ending. It would have been nice if there is a new season. To watch how life enfold for the brothers and how the psychopath been caught is more satisfying rather than thinking that they all had a happy ending.

Aside from the weak introduction, the first episode also had loads of exhibitions of the ML smarts through the typical genius character stereotype, however, the drama proceeded to treat the viewers like idiots for the remainder of the drama. Initially, Detective Cha Ji An, and most of the police force, were physically capable and adequate enough, however, they suddenly became as effective and incompetent as useless civilians. The mystery and thriller elements were generally bad, the drama didn't waste a second in revealing everything immediately. The romance was nothing but forced. The main story and entanglements of the brothers and the psycho man turned out to be disappointing and dumb, which led to a rubbish ending.
