Scott D Martin

Born, May 16th, 1975 in Germany to American parents. Scott graduated his first film degree from Full Sail University in Winterpark, Florida in 1997. Later he went back to get his theoretical film degree from James Madison University. From 2003-2005 he lived in Bulgaria working as a US Peace Corps Volunteer and then with FEMA on Hurricane Katrina Relief in Mississippi. He moved to Taos, New Mexico in 2006 to become a Ski Instructor. This is where he met his wife. He became interested in medicine while volunteering on a wilderness search and rescue team. He is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Licensed as a Registered Nurse. He has been an active IATSE Local 480 Medic since January 2016 and has been working as an Emergency Department Nurse since 2019. Scott has also been active in Scuba Diving first getting certified in 1989. He attained his professional Scuba Diver rating in 2017.
