A Jordanian actor who drew grabbed attention, on the local and international level, through his outstanding performance in Amira, by director Mohamed Diab, which joined the 78th edition of Venice International Film Festival, reaping 3 awards at its Orizzonti competition; Lanterna Magica Award, presented by Cinecircoli Giovanili Socioculturali (CGS), Enrico Fulchignoni Award, presented by Conseil International du Cinéma, de la Télévision et de la Communication Audiovisuelle (CICT-UNESCO), and 10th INTERFILM Award for Promoting Interreligious Dialogue.
In the film, which was also screened at the 5th El Gouna Film Festival, Suhaib plays the role of Ziad who helps his lover find her identity, while backing her up in each and every step.
Suhaib also appeared in the feature film CHRONICLES OF HER, which included five short films directed by Arab women: Maysoon El Abeidy, Taghreed Abdul Maqsood, Farah Sha'er, Reem Magdy, and Amena Naggar. The film was nominated for Best Film at the Venice Shorts Film Festival, where it received a number of awards, and at the El Gouna Film Festival, where one of the films was nominated for Best Short Film. For his role in the film, he won Best Actor at the Salt House Creative International Film Festival.
Additionally, he starred in LAYLA M, a Jordan-Netherlands-Belgium-Germany co-production that screened at several international film festivals, including the Cairo International Film Festival and Toronto. While on television, he was featured in the 2018 TV series The Team.
