Erin Wu is a Taiwanese American actress born in Taipei. She is known for her recurring role as Gia in The Family Business, Diamelle in Miramax Old Dads and pole dancer in The Idol.
She began her career starring as a Wushu Sword Martial Artist in music videos Brave by Gladiator ft. Mothica & Vindata and Flames by David Guetta ft. Sia starring Danny Trejo. She made her film breakthrough as the lead role Kia in the Star Wars Film Dark Legacy.
She grew up in the bay area, dancing with Future Shock San Jose. Then she graduated UCLA and received B.A in Sociology and Theater Minor. She directed Samahang Modern and won gold for her Spear form on Wushu Team.
Off-screen, Wu supports international wildlife charities including GG Conservation and Care for Wild through art and volunteers at Big Heart Ranch in Malibu and Bunnyluv Rabbit Resource Center in North Hollywood. Her mission is to end animal cruelty and raise awareness for cruelty free products.
