Born in Boston, MA, Jimmy has been working in the entertainment industry as a writer and producer. Before moving to Los Angeles, Jimmy graduated from Boston's Suffolk University with a degree in finance. Soon after graduating, Jimmy took a job as a financial adviser with Merrill Lynch. Always interested in entertainment, Jimmy jumped at the chance to transfer to Merrill Lynch's Beverly Hills office. Once in LA, Jimmy began taking improv and writing classes, and fell in love with the process, eventually leaving his job at Merrill Lynch to pursue his dream of becoming a writer/producer. Jimmy's first project, Massholes, became an over-night internet sensation - the web series was executive produced by Ben Silverman, and considered for further development at several cable networks, including: MTV, Comedy Central, TBS, and The CW. Since Massholes, Jimmy has worked with a number of Hollywood's premier talents, including: Matthew McConaughey, Pharell Williams, Vince Vaughn, Jimmy Fallon, Sylvester Stallone, Donnie Wahlberg, Haylie Duff, Hilary Duff, Stephen Merchant, and Nick Swardson. Jimmy has a diverse portfolio of both scripted and reality TV projects, as well as co-producer credit on the award-winning Indie film, High Low Forty.
