DJ Dodd grew up near Philadelphia and holds a BS in Business Administration with minors in both Law and Film from Drexel University and an MFA in Film and Television Producing from Chapman University.
DJ has worked as a Development Executive for producer David Foster (The Mask of Zorro, The River Wild, The Thing, Short Circuit), Glass Entertainment Group (Tanked), and Steve Rotfeld Productions (Weird But True). He has created, produced and/or developed dozens of series and specials and hundreds of hours of television content for most major cable networks and streamers including Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, FOX Nation, Discovery Channel, Nat Geo, TLC, History Channel, HGTV, Animal Planet, Investigation Discovery, Oxygen, Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, DIY Network, Nat Geo Wild, and Bloomberg, among others.
DJ has produced more than 30 feature films, many of which premiering at several prestigious film festivals including Sundance, TIFF, Fantasia, Hamptons, Heartland, Sitges, Oldenburg, Fantasporto, Cinequest, and Cleveland International.
