Randy Sean Schulman grew up in Los Angeles, and started acting in film and TV at nine. His first MOW was with Jean Stapleton, followed by a film with Stockard Channing. In 2009, Randy moved to Portland, Oregon with his wife and daughter. Most recently (in 2023) he completed a supporting lead role in the feature Cellar Door, directed by Vaughn Stein, starring Laurence Fishburne, Scott Speedman, and Jordana Brewster. Randy was fortunate to work with director Jean-Marc Vallée's (Dallas Buyers Club) and Reese Witherspoon on the movie Wild -- he played Witherspoon's therapist, Vince. He had a starring role in the Portland-made thriller House of Last Things, from director Michael Bartlett, which had its U.S. premiere at the Gasparilla International Film Festival. Randy is best known for his recurring role on NBC's Grimm, as Freddy Calvert. In Los Angeles, his original "silent" plays -- Infinity, La Gioconda and Luminous Birch have won numerous awards.
