Lila Martinez boasts an impressive career in the animation industry, initially embarking on her journey as a hand-drawn character animator for feature films in Mexico City. She went on to co-found and direct at Phenomena Animation, delivering pre-production art and animation for Latin American television commercials. In 2014, Lila moved to Los Angeles and worked as a Story Artist on Netflix's hit feature-length film Duck Duck Goose (2018). Later, she joined 20th Television Animation as a Storyboard Artist on The Simpsons, American Dad!, and Disney Television Animation's Firebuds and The Chicken Squad.
Lila's skills eventually led her to Warner Bros. Animation where she storyboarded on projects such as DC's Harley Quinn, DC's Meet the Batwheels, Mortal Kombat Legends: Cage Match feature film (2023), and became a Director on the much fanfare and critical acclaim CGI-animated iteration of the Caped Crusader DC's Batwheels. Throughout her career, she has shown creative fervor, always striving to achieve outstanding results. Lila takes on every project working tirelessly to ensure excellence. Her leadership skills and determination are highly regarded.
