During her career to date, Ailsa has worked for prosthetics designers such as Mark Coulier, Barrie Gower, David White, Joel Harlow, Kristyan Mallett & Millennium FX in productions across the UK and internationally.
Born in Edinburgh, Ailsa first became involved in make-up working as a self taught prosthetics artist during her time at Duncan of Jordanstone Art School. Followed her time at University, Ailsa moved to London and started working as a freelance artist in prosthetics workshops and make-up crowd rooms, where she continues to work as an application artist & model maker professionally.
