Keanu Reeves and Chad Stahelski created the John Wick universe, a fantastic film franchise. Since the first film, John Wick has been an indispensable part of pop culture media. Four movies deep, we are immersed in the lore of this hitman and his challenges after returning to the criminal world.

While fans expect a fifth movie in the franchise, the makes have a different view on continuing the story. To continue events in the John Wick universe, the makers have a few spinoffs and new storylines in the works. So far, we have seen the three-part drama series The Continental, which focuses on a young Winston rising to power in the 1970s.

There is technically a soon-to-be-released fifth John Wick film, but it isn’t about John Wick. Ana de Armas will be seen as Eve Macarro, a ballerina-assasin in John Wick: Ballerina.

Michael Caine showed no sign of slowing down as he entered his third decade as a leading man. The 1980s would see him win his first Academy Award (Hannah and Her Sisters), tackle new genres such as horror (The Hand) and shark-based revenge movie (Jaws: The Revenge) whilst continuing to work with interesting new auteurs like Brian De Palma (Dressed to Kill) as well as old friends from classic Hollywood such as John Huston (Escape to Victory).

On Instagram, the estate of Michael Jackson called Jones “a legendary talent whose contributions to music spanned generations and genres,” and celebrating his “unmatched” collaborations with Jackson, from their hit albums to the seminal charity single, “We Are the World.”

“But it was Quincy’s role as a father that was the most important to him,” the Jackson estate added. “Condolences to all of his children.

Double Oscar winner Caine, now 91, has penned his memoir called “Don’t Look Back, You’ll Trip Over” and in an interview with The Sunday Times newspaper he revealed that he met the future superstar at an event for Caine’s film Educating Rita, back in 1983.

The British actor recalled:

“I turned around and there was this young actor, very polite, asking questions about how not to be just a flash in the pan. That was Tom, probably around the time of Risky Business.

In a recent interview for the movie’s 10th anniversary, the producers of John Wick revealed how the Golden Globe nominee came through when they lost nearly $6 million in financing for the first in the four-film franchise.

“We were less than a week out, and we lost almost $6 million on a gap financing,” explained Chad Stahelski to Business Insider. “We were financing independently to get the bond, but one of the investors couldn’t raise the money in time.”

As CAA was pulling together the funding, they offered some of their own actors the opportunity to invest. In return, they would be the first to get paid back. The deal ultimately resulted in Longoria’s first major producer credit.

Ten years ago, John Wick co-director Chad Stahelski helped give birth to one of cinema’s most prolific assassins and, in turn, one of the industry’s most unlikely franchises.

As Keanu Reeves’ stunt double on The Matrix and the martial arts stunt coordinator for its sequels, Stahelski can attest to the star’s unique relationship with his stunt teams. His gift-giving and overall generosity have been well documented, and when future John Wick co-director David Leitch joined the second and third Matrix chapters as a stuntman, the three of them bonded to the point where Reeves began to track Stahelski and Leitch’s ambitions as business partners and aspiring filmmakers. Years earlier, in 1997, Stahelski and Leitch founded their company, 87Eleven, to be a one-stop shop for action design and stunt training, all while climbing the ranks as stunt performers, fight choreographers, stunt coordinators and second-unit directors. (In 2019, Leitch branched off with 87North.

A deceptively cheery-looking animated series about life under the big top, the Australian animated series is a delightfully dark comedy about, as Glitch Productions wrote on its website, “A woman gets trapped in a crazy virtual world along with five other humans and are now subject to the whims of wacky AI and their own personal traumas.” Or, put another way, “What if it was ‘Toy Story,’ but everyone was a jerk?”

Created and directed by Gooseworx (also a composer on “Hazbin Hotel”) and produced by Glitch Productions, “The Amazing Digital Circus” will premiere Episodes 1–3 on Netflix October 4, the same day the third episode premieres on YouTube.

One of the greatest blockbusters ever made -- and a couple of its sequels -- are headed to Netflix just in time for the fall season. The Love Island USA Season 6 reunion teaser has arrived. It was filmed on Wednesday, August 14th in New York City and the cast has been enjoying their time together. Love Island USA Season 6 Reunion Teaser Is Here

When the Season 6 finale of Love Island USA aired on July 21st, fans were brokenhearted. They had spent the whole summer with the Islanders in Fiji and now, the final four were gathered to see who would win. In the end, Serena Page and Kordell Beckham came in first place. Kordell won the $100K prize and opted to share it with Serena. As sad as the viewers were to lose their Fiji family, the cast was just as devastated to leave the island.

The top three ladies were among the many islanders who showed up and showed out for the first Love Island USA reunion!

While there were much of this past season’s cast at the taping, one islander – Caine Bacon – was originally supposed to attend and even flew to New York, but he says he was “cancelled” from the reunion.

The deep lore of the John Wick movies will continue on TV with the sequel series Under The High Table, now being developed by Keanu Reeves and Chad Stahelski.

A decade after Keanu Reeves’ assassin first started shooting men in the face at point-blank range because of what happened to his dog, the John Wick movies have grown into a mini empire. Last year’s John Wick: Chapter 4 brought the series’ stylised violence to new aesthetic heights, and it’s now been announced that a series is in development that will continue on from where that movie left off.

Called John Wick: Under The High Table, the series is currently in development at Lionsgate, with Reeves its executive producer alongside regular director Chad Stahelski.

According to Deadline, which broke the story, Stahelski will direct the pilot episode, while Robert Levine – who co-created the thriller series The Old Man starring Jeff Bridges...

Lionsgate is looking to expand the universe of John Wick with a new action series titled John Wick: Under The High Table, according to Deadline. The upcoming series will be set after the events of John Wick: Chapter 4 and it will apparently explore the fallout of the actions taken by Wick and Marquis Vincent Bisset de Gramont in the fourth film.

John Wick: Under The High Table is supposed to be our look into the mysterious world of the High Table and while it seems like a risky project the mystery of the High Table is far more effective than a guy sitting alone in a tent in the desert. But the risk gets a little lower when Robert Levine, the guy behind Black Sails and The Old Man is writing it.

Keanu Reeves, who has played the title character in four films, and director Chad Stahelski are among the executive producers of a sequel series in development at Lionsgate Television. Robert Levine (The Old Man, Black Sails) is attached as writer and showrunner on the project, titled John Wick: Under the High Table.

Stahelski, who has helmed all four John Wick feature films and has creative oversight of the franchise via a deal with Lionsgate, is also set to direct the pilot episode of the series. Lionsgate, which produces the billion-dollar franchise, is shopping Under the High Table to potential buyers.

Michael Caine showed no sign of slowing down as he entered his third decade as a leading man. Going naked in films can be both positive and liberating or sometimes embarrassing and hilarious for actors. For example, while going nude for Red Sparrow was liberating for Jennifer Lawrence, as it helped her deal with insecurities, on the other hand, Kate Winslet finds them awkward. And while it’s not uncommon for actors to bear it all onscreen if the script demands, not every actor is on board with going full-frontal, including Michael Caine.

Speaking of his decision to never go nude in front of the camera, Caine explained it could impact the actor’s control over the audience and asked actors not to go full-frontal nude.
