Yarit is an IDC Certified Intimacy Coordinator, SAG-AFTRA Registered Intimacy Coordinator and also works as a Movement Coach. She is amongst the first intimacy coordinators to work in the UK and EU. Co-director of MOVING BODY ARTS which offers choreography services to film, TV and stage. In 2020 she was nominated for the "Shaker of The Year" Award, BAFTA London.
In the theatre sector, she originated the 'intimacy director' credit on London West End's Olivier award winning show 'Death of A Salesman' starring Wendell Pierce (The Wire, Treme) and Sharon D. Clarke. Additional credits in intimacy direction and movement direction include theatres such as, The National Theatre, Shakespeare's Globe, Donmar Warehouse, Royal Court Theatre, Young Vic and Bush Theatre amongst others. She has also worked with Rambert Dance Company, Punchdrunk and musical theatre shows such as Hamilton and The Band's Visit (Olivier Nominated for Best Musical).
Yarit is an Associate Movement Tutor of RADA (Royal Academy Of Dramatic Arts) and an Ensemble Associate Artist of The Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. She also teaches for The National Film & Television School in the UK.
