She graduated from Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with a degree in Performing Arts (Acting) in 2004.

Attended Ogilvie High School (now Hobart High School) which is a 7-10 grade school, in Hobart Tasmania.During her final year, Robyn was a Prefect and appointed the Drama Prefect for the class of 1997.
