Tom Poole is the Chief Creative Officer and Senior Colorist at Company 3.
He was born in London, England.
He began his career in London, before moving to the States in 2004.
In 2007 he joined Company 3.
In 2016 and 2017 Poole won The AICP award for 'Best Color Grading.' In 2019 Poole was recognized with two 2019 AICP awards for 'Best Commercial Color Grading Over :90' and 'Best Music Video Color Grading.'
In 2013, 2015 and 2016 he won a Hollywood Post Alliance (HPA) award for Outstanding Color Grading.
Poole has also colored some of the most iconic feature films of the last decade, including Drive, The Place Beyond The Pines, Foxcatcher, I,Tonya, Blackkklansman and 12 Years a Slave, which won the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2014 and Spotlight, which won the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2016.
In 2017 Poole was accepted into The Academy Of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
