El Pollo Loco made a gross mistake and tossed a crazy extra ingredient into a side of macaroni and cheese ... at least according to a new lawsuit. A California woman claims she took her 3 kids to the chicken joint, and found a "foreign object" in her side dish. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, that object was a bloody alcohol swab. She doesn't say if it actually got in her boca. In the suit, she's...

Trying to determine which restaurants are the best in the fast food world has seemingly become an industry all its own. Decades ago McDonald’s pulled away from the pack in terms of sales, and Subway has a downright absurd lead when it comes to number of stores, but what’s it mean when customers create demand for a restaurant or spend their money there really?
Market Force Information is the most recent company to try their hand a teasing out the true fast food cream from the rest of the crop.

Since breaking out over 20 years ago in "Thelma & Louise," Brad Pitt has been difficult to miss.
After landing his place in cinematic history as a hunky (and shirtless) criminal, Pitt's career blossomed with starring roles in critical and box office hits alike, such as "A River Runs Through It" (1992), "Seven" (1995), and "12 Monkeys" (1995) -- just to name a few. In the past two decades, Pitt has become one of Hollywood's biggest stars, but his role has expanded beyond just acting. In only the past few years, he's produced two Best Picture nominated films, "Moneyball" (2011) and "12 Years a Slave" (2013). This fall, he's back in front of the camera leading his battle-hardened platoon into Nazi Germany in "Fury."
From his early days in Missouri to his unlikely romances, here are 35 things you probably don't know about Brad Pitt.
1. Brad Pitt was born December 18, 1963 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Jane Hillhouse and William Pitt.

It feels like so long ago that Channing Tatum was just another hunky dancer in a movie about dancing teens. Approximately eight years later, Tatum is a mega-star who married his onscreen dance partner, and a new generation of dancers has taken over. And they're going to Vegas, baby, Vegas!
Redonkulously handsome Ryan Guzman ("Step Up Revolution," "Pretty Little Liars," "Jem and the Holograms") puts on his dancing shoes to join Briana Evigan ("Step Up 2: The Streets") and a bunch of other "Step Up" alums to compete for their very own Vegas show. Yeah, this is a far cry from the dainty ballerinas and krumping flash mobs of years past.
This is director Trish Sie's first feature-length film. You might know her work from Ok Go's video for "Here It Goes Again," which featured the band in a crazy treadmill routine that Sie choreographed and co-directed. That...

The world's entertainment capital is losing out as studios switch big TV and film productions to other locations to save money, leaving studios as little more than grand tourist attractions
Among the tourist hordes on the "walk of fame" last week, you could feel Hollywood casting its spell. They genuflected at the names of actors and film-makers embedded in pink stars in the pavement. Gloria Swanson. John Wayne. Will Smith. Francis Ford Coppola. Quentin Tarantino. Generations of glamour and talent, ringed in brass and close enough to touch.
Open-air vans and double-decker buses packed with camera-toting passengers swayed past palm trees and the Chinese Theatre en route to celebrity home tours – which are in truth celebrity hedge tours, because you seldom glimpse the mansions behind the shrubbery. No matter, the tours are extremely popular: there are now about 40 operators, up from just a handful a few years ago.

It wasn't always bright lights and red carpets for some of our favorite stars - even they had to do the odd job or two before becoming famous. Not that we would ever doubt it, but Channing Tatum must have been one talented stripper back in the day. Not only will his bump-and-grind past get the movie treatment, but the project was so appealing, it propelled Steven Soderbergh out of an early retirement. As EW reported Friday, the director will helm the film, inspired by Tatum’s past as a stripper. While moviegoers will still have to wait a while to watch the actor channel his humble G-string beginnings, it got me thinking about which other stars I’d love to see hop in the way back machine...

For many actors on successful sitcoms, summer hiatus represents a time to vacation, to recuperate, to maybe pick up a frivolous hobby or two. Simon Helberg, on the other hand, is using his time off from the CBS series "The Big Bang Theory" as an opportunity to cram in as much stage work as humanly possible. The actor will star in a pair of theater productions this season: "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," produced by Reprise Theater Company, and "Doctor Cerberus," a 1980s-set tale of a socially awkward young man who finds solace in horror movies, produced by L.A. "It's hard to convince your agents and managers to do theater, because it's not as financially rewarding and it takes up a lot of time," muses Helberg. We may have previously intimated that it might be the kind of movie that could boil the rivers away, darken the skies and set the Moon spinning wildly off its axis, killing millions. But today, Kristen Bell joined the cast, and shook us to our very core. Forget what we thought we knew, for everything we thought we knew was wrong. After all, Kristen Bell is a) wonderful, b) a goddess, c) Veronica Mars and d) all of the above, and her presence in the movie means that we’re all kinds of confused. The pixie-like Bell will sing and dance her little heart out as Nikki, the lead dancer at a burlesque nightclub run by Cher.
