Skywalker Hughes is a American-Canadian film and TV actress. She began her professional acting career in 2021 as Sheridan Pickett, a series regular, on the Paramount Plus series, Joe Pickett (2021). Since then, Skywalker has made a name for herself working alongside some of the biggest names in Hollywood and has several exciting projects in the works!
In late 2022, Skywalker joined the lead cast of the highly acclaimed Fox anthology series, Accused (2023). She stars alongside Oscar winner Keith Carradine in the season finale making history as the series' first lead young actor! Accused (2023) was quickly renewed for a second season.
Skywalker plays the lead role of Ashley Schmitt on the Lionsgate feature film Ordinary Angels (2024) opposite Hilary Swank and Alan Ritchson which hit theatres nationwide in early 2024. She also rounds out the main cast of Academy Award winner Andrew Stanton's In the Blink of an Eye alongside Kate McKinnon, Rashida Jones and Daveed Diggs. which is expected to release in 2024.
Skywalker spent early 2024 filming I, Object, Andrew Niccol's upcoming live-action animated film, in New Zealand, which has yet to announce a release date!
As a voice over artist, most recently, Skywalker was cast as a series regular on Season 5 of the popular animated series Blue's Clues & You (2019)!
When Skywalker is not acting you will most likely find her writing a script with her best friends, horse back riding at her grandparents farm or dancing and singing!
