Vyacheslav Boltenkov was awarded the Golden Eagle Award in 2023 in the nomination "Best Visual Effects" for his work on the film "Once upon a Time in the Desert". The Golden Eagle Award is awarded annually by the National Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Russia; it can be considered as the Russian Golden Globe Award.
