Creative studio Versus is teaming up with creative director Ashley Champ to launch Tunl, The Hollywood Reporter has exclusively learned.
Tunl is an interdisciplinary media and e-commerce platform, “where sports, fashion and culture converge,” according to a release. Named after athletes’ “tunnel fits,” the platform will work to centralize sports and fashion “content, commerce and community” through collaborations with designers and organizations, along with an online marketplace. The company says it will bridge the gap between high fashion and streetwear, making fashion more accessible to everyday consumers.
To celebrate the launch, the platform will host the inaugural Tunl Gala, an event meant to serve as the convergence of professional athletes, designers and trendsetters. The event, being thrown in partnership with Spotify, is set to take place during the upcoming New York Fashion Week. It will feature a “tunnel walk,” exclusive lounge spaces for every sport and a marketplace for Tunl’s merch collaborations.

Sometimes making a game is more about the process than it is about the end result, but it helps when the end result is a really good game.
"One of our engineers that was on the core team was referencing the one art class that he took in college. 'One of our assignments we were looking at this artist who was doing very abstract color prints and I just feel like there's a game in there somewhere.'"
And with that, the seed of "Color Zen" was planted.
For most people, matching colors together sounds like one of the world's simplest tasks; something that they have been doing since they were in diapers. Taking that kind of a basic human skill and turning it into a game that is both compelling and challenging is no easy task, but that's exactly what Large Animal Games' latest release, "Color Zen" does.

Magnet Releasing has taken it upon themselves to distribute the supernatural sci-fi horror comedy John Dies at the End. I had a chance to see this film while at Sundance earlier this year, and I thought it was an extremely entertaining flick. It's definitely not for everyone because it's such an odd, far out movie, but that's why I liked it so much! It was different kind of wacky than anything else being made.
The film was written and directed by Don Coscarelli (Bubba Ho-Tep), and is an adaptation of the novel written by Cracked.com's David Wong. It stars Paul Giamatti, Chase Williamson as David, Rob Meyers as John, Doug Jones, and Clancy Brown, who plays a badass well known Russian paranormal psychic named Dr. Albert Marconi, who helps John and Dave on a dimensional journey.

This might sound funny, but John Dies at the End was one of the most anticipated films for me at the Sundance Film Festival even though I really knew nothing about it. I had heard a few fun things surrounding it, and that was enough for me to think that this might be a movie I would really enjoy, and it was. This movie was awesomely hilarious, and completely crazily strange in every sense of the words.
The film was written and directed by Don Coscarelli (Bubba Ho-Tep), and is an adaptation of the novel written by Cracked.com's David Wong. The story follows a couple of college dropout slackers named John and David who end up saving the world from the hostile take over of a evil being from dark dimension. Throughout the course of the film we learn about these two characters and how they come across a...
