Frank Mosley

Frank Mosley is an actor and filmmaker from Texas living in Los Angeles. He is a fellow of the 2015 Berlinale Talents, 2017 NYFF Artist Academy, and 2016 Workshop for Auteurs led by Abbas Kiarostami. His directing work includes Good Condition (Fantasia 2023), Parthenon (Slamdance 2018), Casa De Mi Madre (Champs-Elysees 2017), and The Event (Fantastic Fest 2022), which debuted as a Vimeo Staff Pick and was named a "Top 12 Film of 2023" on NoBudge. Acting credits include Obex (Sundance 2025), Rent Free (Tribeca 2024), Love and Work (Slamdance 2024), Quantum Cowboys (Fantastic Fest 2022, Factory 25), Freeland (SXSW 2020, MUBI), Chained for Life (NYTimes Critics Pick 2018, Kino Lorber), The Procedure (Sundance Jury Prize 2016), Americana (Fantasia 2016), Collective Unconscious (SXSW 2016, The Criterion Channel), and Upstream Color (Sundance Jury Prize, Berlinale 2013).
