- Mark van Eeuwen is a Dutch producer of film and television series and a Dutch actor. He has been working in the TV and film industry for over 20 years. In 2013 he started his career as a producer with the development and financing of the international film Kidnapping Mr. Heineken, with Sir Anthony Hopkins. Other productions he was involved in: Boychoir with Dustin Hoffman and Blunt Force Trauma with Mickey Rourke. In 2018, Mark was responsible for financing the war blockbuster and five-time Golden Calf winner The Forgotten Battle, one of the most expensive Dutch war films ever produced. Mark was also involved in the development of the feature films The Bay of Silence, Love in a Bottle, Stromboli, Leeuwin and the tv series Kerstgezel.nl and the high end international drama series De Joodse Raad. Together with producer, screenwriter, director Paula van der Oest, he owns production house Sunny Pictures.
Van Eeuwen's acting career started in 2004 with a role in the feature film 'Snowfever'. In 2005 he starred in the British drama series 'Mike Bassett: Manager' aired on ITV, the adventure series 'Kicken', and he appeared in the most successful Dutch soap series: 'Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden (GTST).'
