Ghosts Season 4 is making way for Revolutionary War spirit Isaac’s (Brandon Scott Jones) rival and American legend Alexander Hamilton as Nat Faxon joins the CBS hit comedy. Faxon, who is best known for his roles in shows like Apple TV+‘s Loot and Max‘s delightful Our Flag Means Death, will take on the iconic historical figure in an episode that will air in early 2025. His guest star gig will last for a single episode. Additional details surrounding Faxon’s appearance as Alexander Hamilton are being kept under wraps for now, but considering that he isn’t among Woodstone’s spirits, there’s a strong chance he’ll appear in a flashback capacity as fans have seen with prior storylines, including Isaac’s wife. Courtesy of CBS But ultimately, only time will tell for certain. Until this installment arrives though, Ghosts is looking ahead to three more installments this month,...

Isaac Higgintoot’s arch nemesis might be making an appearance at Woodstone Mansion next year.
Nat Faxon is joining the CBS sitcom for one very special episode to play Alexander Hamilton, the founding father who was Isaac’s rival in life and obsession in death, the network revealed Thursday.
CBS says the episode is set to air in early 2025. No word yet on how, exactly, the residents at Woodstone will encounter the famous Federalist.
Hamilton’s appearance will be a big payoff for fans, who have heard all about Isaac’s disdain for him over the past four seasons on Ghosts. While Hamilton’s memory has haunted Isaac since the Revolutionary War, he only recently learned that the first Secretary of the Treasury was a household name.

The original UK version of the series ended after 34 episodes, and the US version has already surpassed that number. Will Ghosts be cancelled or renewed for season five? Stay tuned.

Spoiler Alert: This post contains details from the Season 4 premiere of CBS’ Ghosts.
Good news, Ghosts fans. Isaac Higgintoot is alive! Or, well, you know what we mean.
Season 3 ended on a major cliffhanger after the Puritan ghost Patience (now played by Mary Holland) made herself known on the Woodstone grounds, requesting help from the basement ghosts to lure Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones) downstairs. The basement ghosts innocently thought that Patience just wanted to clear the air after Isaac left her in that hole all those years ago, but the latest addition to Woodstone had other plans.
Once Isaac trodded down to the basement, Patience grabbed him from behind and pulled him into the wall. Both disappeared — and that’s where things pick up in the Season 4 premiere.
The morning after Isaac’s wedding, everyone begins to realize it’s been a while since they’ve seen him. Turns out,...

CBS’s Ghosts kicks off its fourth season by picking up the story of Patience, the Puritan ghost who dragged Isaac into the dirt after he called off his wedding in the season three finale. Season four premieres on October 17, 2024, with new episodes airing on Thursdays at 8:30pm Et/Pt.
“[Patience] brings some fun energy. We kind of lean into a little bit sort of, like, a horror trope,” said co-showrunner Joe Wiseman in an interview with TVLine. “She’s meant to be funny but also a little scary. She’s someone who’s sort of out for revenge and has taken one of our characters. So she brings a nice flavor that we haven’t seen a whole lot of at Woodstone.”
Mary Holland will be guest starring in season four as the Puritan ghost who Isaac unintentionally left to wander in the dirt a long time ago.
